Hey ladies,

If I had bad ov cramps last week from thursday afternoon until Friday evening, how many dpo should I be today? Do I count from Thursday or Friday??? Thank you xx

I would count from Friday, because it may be that you ovulated overnight. Usually when I start feeling cramps, I assume I ovulate somewhere in the next 12 hours.

Thank you. Now I'm not feeling too hopeful. We did it on Monday night around 12.30 (basically nearly Tuesday) and probably didn't catch that egg
