I've hardly bought anything apart from the crib and few bits and bobs like clothes and nappies. I can't wait to go out and get everything else!
It's true tho, you guys should relax and take your time and enjoy the middle weeks because your going to HATE third tri.

I really wish I would have taken time to enjoy my pregnancy more! I was so focused on getting LO here that I rushed through things. Girls, take the time towards the end of your pregnancy to measure your belly all the way around... do a belly cast... get maternity pictures... Just enjoy your bellies!
& for the ladies not as far along, I know that it is SO hard not to buy things. I used to look at the baby things in every single store we went in, but didn't buy a single thing until we knew the gender... and then after we knew, it was even harder not to buy everything! Take the time to make sure you're buying things you really want/need. Don't buy something really expensive if you think you may have buyer's remorse later. Just don't go too crazy!

Agreed, 100%. I got everything so early because people just gave me stuff left and right that I have nothing left to buy and it's so sad ! I just want to go out and buy him stuff but there's just nothing for me to get. ):

You can always go out and buy big clothing so 12+ months.

So, I've finally worked up the courage to registere here and post something. I've come here a few times since I found out I was pregnant, but I always got too nervous to participate. I don't know why.

Anyway, my name is Samantha and I'm 16. I found out I was pregnant 3 weeks ago. I haven't been to the doctor yet, mainly because I haven't told my parents. I used an online calcultor and it puts me at around 9 weeks, but that's only with my estimations because I can't remember the exact dates of anything. I'm just really scared and it's all I can think about. I just sit there all day at school thinking about it, not paying attention to anything else. I don't know what to do. I don't want anyone to know. I don't want them to think I'm one of those girls that wanted to get pregnant at 16. I don't want this at all. I've only ever been with one guy and this was a complete accident. I don't know who to talk to about it, I just need someone whose been there.

Lmao, I don't need to do any shopping.. I got everything given to me. So I can still go on a baby shopping spree whenever I want and I am 32 weeks.
