Just saw this article...thoughts?

I don't think the fact there was someone with a rope at the bottom makes any difference. Sure, they wouldn't fall to the bottom but the child could easily be hurt by them swinging into the rocks if she did come off the wall. I've had bruises that way and it can be really sore even without your mum crashing into you as well.
 
Great taking out an about but why no helmet and why on her back? there are other ways for kids to see the great outdoors.

Also, i get baffled when i see parents cycling with their young children on the back of their bikes in London!!
