I'm glad you have a good feeling because I'm banking on a I'm not using FMU and AF isn't due for another 3 days, so chances are it'll be negative. But the pack came with 50 strips, so why not, eh?

I wouldn't BD every day until you get that peak reading. SMEP says once you get a positive OPK (aka solid smiley), BD for 3 days in a row, skip a day then BD once more. I downloaded the free book and really like having it! Sperm can live for up to 3 days (I think that's right) so the every other day thing makes sure you've got in there at all times before the 3 days in a row.

Yeah that's true actually! I'm forgetting that the spermies can survive days - I've heard anything up to a week.. So I suppose the day that you don't bd during the 'every other day' doesn't matter as you would have covered the grounds with the day before, or something like that I read up on the SMEP earlier. Funnily enough, I had that exact plan in my head apart from the waiting a day and then giving it one last bash (pardon the pun ) so well give it a go can't hurt can it oooooh YAY please post straight on here either way my love. fx!!!!
