I love girl names and this one is a fave but want a name that can have a nickname:
Lavender
Love it but would not want Lav (lavatory) as a nickname - any others you can think of?

My own first name is not nicknameable and I wish it was - definently want a name that will nickname well.
Vendy is good cept am afaraid it will sound like a vampire trying to say Wendy.. I knew a girl half Russian - half English called Marfa - and I could not get out of my head I was lisping Martha
Livvi is not bad

I may keep Lavender as a middle name and chose something better suited to shortening. A girl would probably end up as Lav despite my best efforts!
