Kate McCann releasing a book...

From everything that is exposed, the process files result in the following:

A) the minor Madeleine McCann died in apartment 5A at the Ocean Club resort in Praia da Luz, on the night of the 3rd of May 2007;

B) a simulation of an abduction took place;

C) in order to render the child’s death impossible before 22H00, a situation of checking of the McCann couple’s children while they slept was made up;

D) Kate McCann and Gerald McCann are involved in the concealment of the cadaver of their daughter, Madeleine McCann;

E) at this moment, there seem to be no strong indications that the child’s death was not the result of a tragic accident, yet;

F) from what has been established up to now, everything indicates that the McCann couple, in self-defence, doesn’t want to deliver the cadaver immediately and voluntarily, and there is a strong possibility that it was moved from the initial place of deposition. This situation may raise questions concerning the circumstances in which the death of the child took place.

its the report from the policeman in charge of the case to the criminal investigation coordinator basically asking them to bring the mccanns back in for further questioning and asking for a warrant on a diary?

I've only read the first few pages of this thread so apologies if the tone changed, but I couldn't read on to see if that had happened because I was so irritated by what I read.

The lack of compassion shown towards someone who is ultimately a Mother like all of us, is horrible IMO. You may see it as 'their fault' but at the end of the day they won't have EVER imagined something could have happened. No one deserves such torture & I cannot imagine worst pain than not knowing where your child is, whether they are dead or alive - I hope Maddie is dead because the thought of her being alive & suffering pains me & I don't even know the poor girl!

YES, the McCann's left their children in a room unattended. They had a view of the room, albeit obstructed. At the end of the day they shouldn't have done it but for gods sake, when we move house in a few weeks I'd be further away from the house pegging the washing out at the bottom of the garden than the McCanns would have, so if I leave my children napping inside & they get snatched am I a shit Mother?

IMO the mistake they made was to fall into a false sense of security. I've been guilty of that & I'm sure if we're honest we all have.

They made a mistake for gods sake & yeah, it might be the most terrible mistake they could make but come on.....I think they're living with the worst punishment imaginable.

Sam have you seen the aerial shot that shows how far away they were? And so what if they had a view? Are you trying to tell me theyd have watched it like a hawk for the entire meal and never took their eyes of it? Pegging out your washing is different, you wont be gone for hours and im sure you'd secure the children inside and be able to hear if anyone was going in your house.

I think though most people don't believe Madeline was snatched, which is why there is no sympathy.

Im sorry Sam1 but this is not a obstructed view....its just not a view iykwim

Kala, Blah, thanks for that! If they were at the Tapas bar though could they not 'see' part of the apartment? I'm not defending them, I just wonder if seeing a 'bit' of the apartment served to lull them into a false sense of security??

Having read the last few pages there's a lot of this I haven't looked into & I'm pretty shocked at some of what I'm reading, it does sound convincing but then again so do some conspiracy theories on 9/11 if you get reading them so it's difficult to know what is the truth.

Is the general gist then that the McCanns killed Maddie by accident then disposed of her body? (not being rude, just trying to understand)

I think I'm a bit naive about all of this, I genuinely believed she was missing & abducted (hense my sympathy & shock at others lack of - sorry)

Personally i think it was more then just a abduction by a stranger.

but like you sam i hope if she was abducted that she i dead (its such a horrible thing to write) because that is better then the alterntives :(

Omg, I didn't realise they were THAT far away from the apartment. How could you sit and eat knowing your kids were alone that far away. I just couldn't do it. I one nipped across the road for no more than 2 minutes to grab the laptop from my mum's while Grace was watching tv in her high chair. She was fine and I was literally gone for no more than 2 minutes and I locked the door but when I got in I felt so awful I've never left her like that again. I just don't understand how they could leave them alone, in a foreign country and not even lock the apartment then go practically across the complex to eat. And it wasn't the first time they had done it either. Madness

I wont even leave amelie in her carseat in our driveway (which is right at our livingroom windows :rofl:)! I dunno how they did it either and what would they do anyway if they caught someone coming out they'd be potentially in a car and gone by the time they got over there.

It was a ground floor apartment and they said they left the patio doors open :(

Though that was after they said they locked them but there was no sign of forced entry

One of the things that never sat right with me is the fact that Kate ran all the way back to the tapas when she discovered Maddie had "been taken" leaving her other two children alone in the apartment. If she really believed Maddie had been snatched would your first instinct not be to grab your other kids and then go to the bar incase the kidnapper was still around? Maybe she did it out of shock, I dunno. Just seemed off to me

I'm just reading the '100 reasons Madeline wasn't abducted' I'm truly shocked. A few things can be 'explained' by the 'shock' of an abduction but some of them make me feel extremely uneasy.........if they are true then god only knows.

I know this is terribly morbid, so I'm sorry, but if they did 'dispose' of the body, how has it not been found?

someone said a hole was filled with concrete :shrug: :( horrid thought.

I find it odd she jumped straight to abduction rather then M wondering off

I do too Kala. I think my first reaction would be OMG SHES GONE HELP ME FIND HER not THEYVE TAKEN HER :shrug:

You could easily dump a body in the sea and it would never be found. I once watched a programme about a Boeing 747 that crashed into the sea and it took them months to find the wreckage. A jet is slightly bigger than a 3 year old girl. And after a while, a body in water would be so badly decomposed it wouldn't be recognised as a body.

A 3 year old is so small i imagine it would be fairly easy to hide then dispose of :cry:

It seems she wasnt seen for most of that day by anyone other then her parents so if they had something to do with it then they had time to think and act

thats what I said earlier. I would be running around trying to find her because my first assumption would be that she'd wandered off.
