I was on the pill for 18 yrs, starting to regulate me, then went off my pill in December. In Dec and Jan I had ovulation nausea and cramping in my lower abdomen to the point I knew which side the egg was coming from. I was a day late for my cycle in beginning of January but I never was routine. This month (which is right now) there is no sign or symptom. A bit of cramping in my lower left abdomen but was told that could be from gas. Is this sudden lack of symptoms normal?
