hi lady T,
im new to this site and have just seen your post.
we also have had our first app with specialists and hav our second one in 4 weeks. been trying for over 3.5 years with no luck.
my hubby had his sperm results back with no problems im waiting on results of my FSH and progesterone levels.
i had a lap and dye in dec, they found scarring in my tubes but nothing too serious!! it was as a day patient and you hav a general. you feel sore and bloated afterwards but paracetamol and rest sorts that out. dont be scared, it really is ok!! like you say, its important so they can help you on your journey towards having a baby!

I had a Lap in Feb, the worse thing was the gas caught in my shoulder, which was painful but only lasted 48hours. LH x

hi ladyham - did they find any endo? if so what stage was it? have you started ttc again? Sorry for all the questions, I just would like to hear others experiences.

had a lap and they found scarring and tubes twisted from my first c-section, why did I not know that before? anyway onewards and upwards we go

Yeah, they found endo 2 areas, i also have PCOS. I was perscribed clomid straight after my lap and have had 3 cycles with no luck yet
Im having month off now as just not getting on to well with it.
Don't worry about the questions, i never mind saying. Only joined yesterday as was just feeling so low. Feeling better today though.
Are you going for a Lap soon?

hey ladyham - well I have a consult on June21st and then we will see after that. I suspect I have endo not only b/c of my infertility but also b/c I have v. painful bowel moment. I know what you mean about feeling down though, this whole ttc thing is such a roller coaster. Do you know if you Oved on Clomid?

mag - just read it...wow you didnt have endo...why did they think you did? Were you having symptoms?

I was having/do have painful intercourse and general pain.

Turns out it is just scar tissue which is causing my my pain which they wont get rid of. I I have to go back in 6 months. May have to have another op if pain carries on/i have trouble concieving.

If I still cant cope with the pain they may remove my bad ovary and tube. If it gets better and I cant concieve I may just have to have my bad tube fixed or clomid.

Glad I dont have endo.

congrats on not having endo!!! that is great news. so the surgery wasnt as bad as you thought huh, that is great news. I wonder why they didnt try to clean up the scar tissue though, I would think while they were in there they should have.

They would have to remove my ovary and my tube and I hadnt consented to it and I dont think I would of liked to have woken up with them having done it without asking me first.

Also I started my AF yesterday but it seems to of stopped? Shouldnt it be the other way and be heavier?

Anyone got any advice?

hmmmm I am not sure about that. I have heard of it being both heavier and lighter after a lap.
