I've started packing my son's overnight bag for grandma and grandpas. Talked with grandma about our plan of action if I go into labor or make it to induction day, probably get a more definite time frame after my 37w growth scan. Got the babies clothes ready but not in a bag yet and for my own I haven't even started (I live in all my comfies right now)
I know baby is head down but I feel like she's getting more engaged, I'm having a lot of pulling and pressure in my pelvis. It's getting harder to walk, sleep or move in general. I'm so ready for the end! 4 weeks at the most!!

Feeling very heavy in the pelvis the past couple days. Hoping baby is engaging more. I keep getting sharp, stabbing pains in my cervix. Anyone else?

I've been feeling almost a bit of rectal press here and there, but nothing else different. At the doc's yesterday was measuring 3 weeks behind yesterday, and when she did an internal and said "Oh she's WAAAAAY down". Apparently she engaged this week and dropped low, but I honestly can't tell the difference. Other then maybe actually being able to eat enough to feel full for once! Hubs says my belly looks big now, so I guess it visually shows.

Noticing way more movement happening right at my pubic bone too. Guess we're nearing the end ladies!

I get sharp cervix pains all the time lilmiss.... Not sure what they mean tho! I assume it's because she's putting pressure there or something?

Yes! Sometimes when I walk it's like pins and needles down there!

What do you ladies think I've been in and out of hospital past 3 weeks with high BP and bleeding I had a big bleed on Tuesday night and spent the night in hospital and discharged yeserday... they where unsure about the bleeding.... at the moment I'm having cramps pain across my c sec scar and lower like period pains... I can feel her moving but is this contractions sorry I cannot remember pain in my last pregnancy but this is feeling cramps but they do hurt xxx

Can anyone explain BH's to me? I've read about them numerous times but I'd like to know from experience. Imy pretty sure I've had a few today and at my NST it picked up a small one but I didn't feel it

Yep you can have Braxton Hicks and not actually feel them.
Sometimes when I get them it feels like a tightening of my stomach and then the uterus.
I have also had them where I have felt more pressure build up sort of like a period cramp/pelvic pressure.
They can be an indication of dehydration, so keep up the fluids. And just changing position can often make them go away.
They just feel uncomfortable for me not painful. And they shouldn't be regular like true contractions they will be sporadic and spaced unevenly. Although there is still a chance that they could be confused for actual contractions.
Hope this makes sense.

I can't feel mine at all, I only know I'm having them because I was in for monitoring a few days ago and they were showing up on the monitor!

I drink water constantly, so i know im not dehydrated.
I have only been aware of them a handful of times. But there's days where my stomach just feels so hard so I can't tell if it's tightening do to BH. I get a lot of pressure in my pelvis and I wouldn't say painful but sometimes when I get up and walk it mildly hurts, like a 4 on a scale 1-10....I don't really feel crampy. I have a pregnant friend that's about a week behind me and she has contractions all the time and she explained them the same way to me.
My OB said everything I'm feeling is normal, especially now that her head is getting more engaged. This is going to be the longest 3 weeks of my life! Could possibly even be 2 weeks

I keep getting Braxton hicks, normally a few a day. To me my bump goes hard and it all feels really tight and tense.

I keep getting really constipated as well and feeling a lot of pressure more at the front than in between my legs. I know baby is very down due to growth scans.

He also keeps punching my left hip bone sending electric like shocks which are not pleasant at all!!!!

Omg I have been having HORRIBLE hip pain at night. I read to not just put a pillow between your legs but to have one all the way down to your ankles because if your knees are apart but your ankles are together the pressure is making your hips slide out of place. I've tried it the last 2 nights, the first night I only had one episode but last night I had a few but I was able to get more sleep then I have in the last month.

I need this baby to get out now, I'm really struggling. Midwife says I can start trying to evict him on Monday but I know he won't come until he's ready. But if he's 2 weeks over then I still have 5 weeks left and the thought actually makes me want to cry.

I'm right there with you! I'm so over it, it's gotten hard to do anything!
My OB is going to start checking my cervix once a week next week and I said ok, I want to know if I start dilating on my own, I know that will increase my success of a vbac. My appointment the 1st should help my doctor decide on an induction date, I can't wait

Am I the only prego lady who is terrified of labor and would rather keep the baby in lol ??? I'm not ready. I mean, I'm ready for the baby, but I'm scared of labor it doesn't seem to matter what anyone tells me.... People keep counting down the days or telling me anytime soon and I'm like no I have a month. Dear god I have a month!!

I'm 36 weeks today and sooo done! Her movements are now getting painful. I'm nervous about labor but right now all the uncomfortableness, aches and pains has got my mind off of that...I just want to be done and have her!

I feel she's ready lots of pains and increase in cm tonight too as well.as mucus plus couple of weeks ago I think even tho it may have grown back but lots of stabeing pains in my cervix and cramps.... anyone else got lots of cm?

So did they say if you have pre e? I had it with my son and had a c-section at 36 weeks and he was fine, he was just under an oxygen hood and weaned of in 12 hrs. You'll be OK delivering at 37w....one week, u lucky duck!!! 😂

Can't believe how quick it's gone, wow 😮

Just a random question too, I went to my antenatal labour & birth class this evening and my OH who hadn't seen me in a few days, said I've gotten a lot lower.. I'm not too sure, I can't even tell when I'm getting bigger

But if so, this is 31 weeks v 35 weeks, taken just a few mins ago. But I have noticed I could eat more today when usually I'm stuffed after a while, maybe because she was higher up
