grey you make me laugh.. I love dark chocolate....but Im also not a big sweets person, Im more of a savory person and love my potato chips and I've cut back a lot on that. if I do get chips, I get multi grain chips and they are a great substitue...

afm: I am upping my treadmill workouts to burn off 400 calories a workout... yesterday I did 40 mins and burned 390 calories. I will weigh myself Saturday morning and see how I am progessing... would love to lose 2-3lbs this week. while at work this week, I will be eating yogurt for breakfast and fresh fruits or fruit salads for lunch and eat a regular dinner... Im counting calories so I will adjust accordingly. hope you ladies had a great weekend...
