Well done you 2 for your weight loss!!!!

Today I had the 'perfect bake' chicken, mash that we made, cherry tomatoes and steamed vegetables (sweetcorn, broccoli and carrot)...it was the healthiest and most balanced meal we've had in ages, was lovely!
 
Well, I've somehow managed to put 3lbs of the 5lbs I lost back on :(
I've been doing 10 minute sessions on the bike a few times a week, I need to step it up to 15 minutes a time...gotta shift this weight, I want a healthy me and baby when I finally get pregnant.

I haven't been on much. Ive been busy at work and just taking it easy....

I had a 24hr bug from Thursday night thru Saturday morning and lost 5lbs.... wasn't worth it but Im keeping up with my calorie intake and exercising...

I hope you're all doing well

This is a great thread. In the past few years, I've lost around 80 pounds. Now, TTC, am really concerned about gaining weight. I don't want all my hard work to go down the drain! I typically do elliptical/lift weights right around 4 times per week, and hopefully I will be able to continue this once I get pregnant.

I've read you should really only increase your calories about 300 per day, and I'm hoping to stick closely to that.
 
Hey girls! Welcome to everyone :D

Sorry I haven't been on much! Busy busy haha. Still no bfp for me, but still working on it! I can't remember if I said in my first post, but I got my 2 1/2st award from slimming world! I have 5.5lb to lose to get my 3st award. I had a really good week last week, ate well did lots of Zumba... And somehow put on 1/2lb at my weekly weigh in -.-* needless to say it's put me off this week haha. Not had the greatest week with the food but it hasn't been totally awful. I'm off to get weighed tonight though so FX'd the scales are kinder this week! Haha. I'll be getting weighed early this week because I'm belong out our consultant this week by working the scales for her :) I'll update when I get home with how I did :)

Also! I totally forgot about the recipes!! I'll post some either tonight or tomorrow :) I have hundreds lol.

Keep up the hard work ladies and nothing can stop us! :D

Any recipes appreciated too! :D I've been a bit worse with chocolate, it's started creeping back in. I keep feeling like I'm failing and when I'm consistently not getting pregnant it feels like I should just give up and enjoy myself :(

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! That's brilliant news! Is it just walking you can do when pregnant, or cycling/other things too?? I wish you all the best staying healthy and happy for these 9 months :D So pleased for you :) :happydance:

Just walking for me no lefting or anything for me ill be at high risk if I do so
 
oh no, why would you be high risk?! do you have a walking companion? hope you enjoy the gentle exercise and keep healthy :)
 
Aww chick, just relax. Spotting may not be a totally awful sign. Many women get spotting but go on to have healthy babies. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it's just "one of those things" and it will all turn out ok. I know how you're feeling, but try to relax :hugs:
