Light pink spotting

Hi ladies,

Earlier I saw literally 4 light pink spots after going to the bathroom and didn't think anything of it. Now just saw another light pink spot. Could this be implantation bleeding? Took a pregnancy test, but it was negative. It was an "early detection" test. My period is supposed to start in 4 days. My husband and I aren't using contraceptives, but he pulls out. I got off the pill due to health risks and we kind of decided we would embrace whatever happens at this point in our lives.

Not sure if this is a sign of pregnancy or due to the fact that I've been working out quite hard for the past two weeks? It's very, very light.

Must I wait until a missed period to go to the doctor or is there anyway to find out sooner?

I'd wait a little while. Light pink spotting is normal and even though I run (9.5 miles a day) I get brown spotting. But don't follow my experience. I have pcos and brown spotting isnt my norm.

It'll probably be better to wait and do another test if your period doesn't start.
