--Lion Cubs - Mummy and Baby Group!-- We are all One Year Old!

oh which thread AE? i like a good bitchfest!

Shiv, Sophia is so cute! Thats so neat that she's actually making a clap!

congrats to Lucas for starting to walk!

AE- woohoo on the bfp!!!

I had a few moments where I've considered ttc, but the fear of having ms again has really changed my mind. It's nice to hear Nuttymummy that yours was better with #2, but I'm so afraid I will be like Heidi and be changing diapers and puking at the same time. I had it really bad when I was pregnant with Kira and didn't leave the house (or the sofa) the entire time. There is no way I could take care of Kira like that. I've heard that having bad ms with one pregnancy doesn't mean you'll have it with another... but I'm still afraid of even trying. Thats really the main reason why I'm not ttc anytime soon.

Boothh, fingers crossed for that BFP - you and Stuart do seem SUPER fertile, so I am sure it will happen quickly for you again.

tmr - wow - who needs crawling when you can walk! what a clever boy! How exciting planning your wedding. have you got much planned already? Would love to hear details - i LOVE wedding stuff!

WOW tmr - that is STUNNING! I am not sure what you look like so I can't picture you in it, but am sure you will look amazing!

Gorgeous dress, I wish I had something a bit more interesting for my wedding!

I can't imagine what MS like that is like, I'm terrified of vomiting and don't know how I would have coped with it at all, and certainly not while taking care of Mog. There's some research somewhere that showed that emetephobes don't get MS very often, but actually my doctor said it just meant my body had a good tolerance for progesterone, maybe because of how long I spent on cerazette. My mum and sister always had a bit of MS, but I never even felt nauseous. I hope this is evened out for some of you by the rotten carpal tunnel syndrome and the elephant feet I had in the third tri ;)

AE I've said it on your other posts but CONGRATULATIONS :wohoo: :yipee: :headspin: Super jealous.

tmr- I love that dress!

AE- I have the same fear of vomiting. I had thought about getting pregnant for years, but never did for fear of having ms. Kira was a complete surprise so I had no choice in the matter :haha: I think normal people would have just vomited and carried on with their day, but I spent all day trying NOT to puke. I'm hoping I get pregnant with #2 as a surprise too... actually my dream pregnancy is one where I don't know I'm pregnant till 13 weeks so I can get past that 1st trimester of worry and sickness!

jess did a step!!!!, his dad went outside and shut the door he stood up leaning on the door then turned round with one arm still on it let go looked at me and walked towards me, he only did one step and then fell on floor but one step is one step!!! xxx

Yay Jesse. All these little ones taking first steps is so exciting!!! :)

That is a beautiful dress <3

Hey girls!! First off, YAY JESSE!!! :happydance::happydance:

TMR- Love the dress!! So gorgeous. My colors at my wedding were red and white and my bridesmaids wore dresses the same color as your dress. So pretty. :D

About vomiting..I don't think anyone really looks forward to it. :haha: I know if I had to I could just push through it but I really had it quite bad with Emma. My first pregnancy I had it a little but I only made it to 9 weeks so who knows how it would've been. DH and I are still talking about the second baby. Who knows when we'll do it. For now we are NTNP. But kind of preventing at the same time because I know around when I'm ovulating by an app on my phone that I plug my periods in to see when the next one will be. So we are being careful around the week of my ovulation so I guess that's technically preventing. :haha:

so girls, iv had 5 extremely faint positives over the last 3 days, first 4 were superdrug, the one with FMU this morning was slightly dark than the 3 before it, and i did an frer this evening which has a very faint but visible line, been to the docs today and he said i can have a blood test done on friday and will get the results monday tuesday.. annoying really cus im sure ill know one way or the other by next monday, either AF will have got me or my lines will be dark enough to be comfortable me saying im pregnant!
i will update you tomorrow when i do another frer with fmu xx

OMG YAY!!! Congrats boothh!! I always say, a line is a line and you are pregnant!! :D:D

i havnt dared to let myself think that there could be a baby in there yet, i havnt even looked up my possible due date or anything, just completly terrified!!, when the lines get darker then ill admit im pregnant and get a ticker lol! xx

Today I keep asking Emma for a kiss so she opens her mouth and leans into my face. :haha: It's SO cute. Now I'm trying to teach her to hug when I want hugs. :D:D

We got a new puppy two days ago so I'm in the training process now. He's only 8 weeks old so not old enough to know yet but I'm still trying nonetheless. Roxy just tattled on him though. He squatted to pee on the floor and Roxy who was laying across the room started barking at him. :dohh: I think she was yelling at him to stop. He's only had a few accidents so far amazingly though. But knock on wood it stays that way. :haha:

nuttymummy- I'm glad I'm not the only one like that. I really thought I would never get pregnant due to my fear of morning sickness, but it just happened and it was the best thing in the world. Luckily my sickness only lasted till about 12/13 weeks, so I'm very lucky for that. DH did get frustrated at times with me, like my rule about no cooking meat in the house :haha: He also had to do all the chores, cooking, go shopping alone, etc. It is nice to hear you had an easier time with ms the second time around.

Well AF finally returned for me. It's super light though, so thats a good way to ease back into it. Now I have to decide whether to keep NTNP (Cleckner style :haha:) or full out protect against a #2. To the bf girls with AF's... do your nipples get sore right before you start your period? For the first time mine were sore and either its from the hormonal changes, or from Kira who does gymnastics during feeding time.

Boothh- I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you and your possible bfp!

Cleckner- congrats on the puppy! I saw your pics on FB- soooo cute!!!

spidey- my nipples have surprisingly been the same and haven't been getting sore beforehand. They used to get sore around period time. My first period was super light too but the second one had clots. But still wasn't as bad as they used to be so that'd another odd thing. Damn witch showing up every month! :haha: It's almost worth getting pregnant again just to stop seeing her. I said ALMOST.:rofl:

good luck boothh hope your lines get darker

Boothh, looking good for you! fx that line gets darker for you

Spidey, boo for AF! mine started off light but by day 3 it was literally (tmi) pouring out of me! I didnt associate it at the time but in the week leading up to getting AF my nipples did hurt when Sophia fed. i just put it down to her top gums hardening as those teeth are moving down.

as for morning sickness, well I didn't get any - in fact until late on i didnt really have any symptoms, then the spd, carpal tunnel and elephantitus kicked in.

boy its been hot here, Sophia has been sleeping in just a nappy and romper. Supposed to be a little cooler today.

Cleck your pup is so cute!
