I think Emma just all around looks like a baby still compared to some of your LO's with all the hair and teeth. Emma is still pretty much bald and gummy. :rofl:

Spidey: I sure was! I had seen him take about 4-5 steps unassisted several times before but for him to suddenly walk across the room was shocking and amazing! I was so proud of him and I praised him highly and he got his big proud grin on his face and started clapping for himself. :haha: I just love the innocence and pride that they have at this age. Almost makes me wish they could just stay like this forever. I bet you one of these days when you aren't paying attention Kira will just suddenly stand up and take off and that will be that! Haha. My little brother did the same thing when he was this age.

Well now I feel 100% awful for talking about TTC :( sorry Boothh I never intended to offend u xxxxx I understand how hard it is for u, when i lost my baby a weeknlater my friend found out she was pregnant and honestly yeh I hated her.

I only talk about it with u girls because we've not told any friends or family and I've tried in the TTC forums but it's not the same as it is here, I like to share things with you all too! But if it does make you this uncomfortable I promise not to mention it on the board any more, I don't know how to do the flippin spoilers haha!

As for teeth, I think kara has about 10, I can just see space in her mouth for two more, and honestly the last few have been great!

She's only had 1 bottle all day, I'm going to settle her to sleep with one after she gets out of the bath, so 2 all day, which is what she did yesterday too, is that ok?

Speakin of baths she usually hates them but tonights was PERFECT! xxx

I have to be honest i can see where some of the girls are coming from in a way.... I find it soooo hard to hear everyones gorgeous babies are reaching their milestones when Elin isnt even though i know there is good reason for it!
Thats why i stayed away for a little while just simply because i hated to be the one bringing everyone down xxxx
I will try too get a pic of Elins teeth she has 4 now xxx
 
Well I knew Emma was behind on teeth. But I'm sure she won't always have an empty mouth. :D
 
Ashnbump- I know what you mean about the other parts of the forum not being the same. This group is kinda my 'safe' zone if I don't want to speak to random strangers on here about things. And spoilers are easy to do on here. Just

Sam_star- your not bringing us down sweetie. We love hearing about how Elin is doing too. :hugs: I think the problem with talking about milestones is that it makes us all worry if our LOs aren't doing the same. I'm this way about Emma talking because she doesn't talk nearly as much as some of the LOs in here. And her teeth since she's lacking in that department. :D It's really hard not to compare because our LOs really do all just develop differently.
 
okay maybe spoilers are a bad idea then, like said dont want to 'ban' any subject cus thats really not fair, now i feel like such a bitch for saying anything ¬_¬
 
I don't think your being a bitch at all hun. This is your safe place and it's upsetting when you've experienced a loss. It's good that you voice your opinion about things. I have no problems using spoilers in here. I can completely see where you are coming from. I do think TTC stuff wouldn't be nearly as upsetting as pregnancy related stuff though. If that makes any sense.
 
i know how you feel sam and you dont bring anybody down at all! all of our babies are developing differently there are such a range of development throughout the group, i can see how it would upset you though when you see other babies doing things elin isnt yet! but she is doing absolutly amazing! she has overcome such a lot in her short little life that of course she will be a little bit behind with her development, but they will all be the same in a few years and we wont be able to tell a difference! she is such an amazing little girl and we are all proud of her! xxx
 
yeah the ttc stuff doesnt bother me as much but it was something somebody else mentioned it is deffo pregnancy things that get to me rather than ttc i feel really horrible for saying anything though cus i didnt want to make anyone feel bad, and now all iv done is pass my feeling awkward on to somebody else :dohh:
 
I don't personally feel awkward about it. I think we can easily throw a spoiler around something that might upset and put a little caption saying ttc or pregnancy related. :thumbup:

I think it is just pissin awesome that we can talk to each other about these things there a few of my everyday friends that i can be that honest too without them being bitchy!
And i love all the toofy pics OUR BABIES ARE SO CUTE!!!

I think of most of you girls as friends kinda, intact some of you are better friends than some of my real friends lol! So I would hate to offend any of you!

Sam- I was a but like that at first, with kara being early etc, but what elin has been through and what she's accomplished is phenomenal! U should be proud of yourself and of her, she really is a modern day miracle xxx
