Welcome over all new August Mommies!!!

I said it before and I will say it again, I can not believe almost all of us are mommies now, we waited so long for this and it seems like just yesterday I had her. I can not believe how quick time goes by, Caylee is 3 weeks today, its so true what people say when they say cherish each moment, because it goes by so quick.

I have been so busy, but I have been reading. All the new babies are DARLING and beautiful. I bet you all are so proud! Congrats again to all of you.

:wave: Hey Nutty!!! Lovely to see you in here honey, but don't fret about keeping up and posting pictures and all of that: There will be time! We're all a lot more busy than we used to be now, but I'll bet things will start to settle down for all of us soon and then we can be more "chatty" in here!

lol @ feminine side, Carter... Hehe! I like your little lion daddy and baby image too, where did you get that?? Very cute!! It's great to register them, isn't it?? Makes it all seem so real all of a sudden!! I was so funny when we registered Vince: I wanted to fold his birth certificate all perfectly and make it pristine for him hehe... but we had to send one copy away for proof of his birth for something and it came back all folded wrong! I was quite annoyed hahaha, not that he will ever care how it's folded eh?!?

Heidi, Caylee is soooo cute, I just love her hair She is such a little lady, she looks so feminine and beatiful You know how with some babies you can't really tell if they're boys or girls, but she is definitely a little lady Beauty

AFM, we had a really really great night with Vince last night: New plan is that OH sleeps in the spare room and Vince sleeps in the bed with me from bedtime (10ish) to about 3am. I do all feeds and nappy changes that are needed in that time. Then I go wake OH up and we swap, so I sleep in the spare room and he sleeps in the bed with Vince and does feeds till morning It worked perfectly last night, and Vince didn't even cry for his feeds, just got a bit fussy to let us know it was time! We all got loads of wonderful sleep, and Vince is now going a good 3 hours between feeds easily and is taking 150ml at a time It's lovely to see him starting to sort out a little routine! I do find he is hungrier in the evenings, though: Anyone else notice anything like this?

OK, that's quite enough from me hehe... I should probably go and search out more August mummies who have popped and send out invitations... Ugh, it's such hard work!! LOL

Loving our little club already though!! Horray for Lion Cubs hehe!!

ladies!!, yes im still going, just!!. brandon-li is a month old today! and ive only actually managed to log on here about 3 times!!. congrats to all of you mummies!! its so wierd to think we were all talking weeks ago being fed up and pregnant and now they are nearly all here!! its quite emotional!

hey ladies and a daddy now by the looks of it!

sorry i havent been on much dont seem to have time to myself anymore.

Summers been a bit grissly lately - think she may have a bit of a bad chest going to take her to the docs tomorrow to get her checked out. Shes changing so much but still the best thing ever I was bathing her today and she was staring at me and i think i fell in love with her all over again.

I will go and try post some pics of her in the album as i havent done any yet. hope you are all ok

oh i forgot to ask if any of us red heads LO's had red hair? (not sure if you can remember the whole red hair chat we had!) well although i joked about having a ginger chinese baby he definately has a red tinge to it!! see stranger things have happened! lol

Awww Soph, I hope Summer's grizzliness clears up! Hopefully it's nothing major and she'll be feeling better soon Vince is changing loads too lately, really starting to fill out and also giving little smiles every now and then and focussing much more on certain things

Bun, on the red hair thing, we've been keeping a close eye on Vincent's hair colour, but it looks like he has "escaped" gingerness!! Which kinda makes sense, as OH's family has absolutely no red hair at all for generations back, and as red hair is recessive he'd need to pass it on as well as me for it to show in Vince. Nope, Vinnie has dark brown hair right now (though his daddy insists it is getting lighter... it really isn't !! But he wants to believe Vince will turn fair/blonde lol) and we think his eyes are settling on dark brown, like mine

So come on then, everyone post what hair and eye colour their little ones have now / whether it has changed / any hair fallen out since birth / what colour you expected them to have etc...

Well Vincent's seemed to go from very very dark blue through dark greenish greys but now they're looking very brown! I think OH is a little disappointed that he's not blonde with blue eyes like his daddy, but I'm secretly really chuffed that he has my eyes hehe!
