Hello girls, I'm joining you with the long irregular cycles (hope that's ok?) I thought I had a 35 day cycle which I did last month but I was never really convinced I ov'ed this month and the witch is still nowhere in sight.. Tested several times and it's bfn. So now I'm twiddling my thumbs waiting for my period so I can get on with next month!

Ive had similar issues with FF, testing at different times and conditions etc.. but im losing interest in the whole temping thing for now anyway.
I think i'll try to figure out whats going on with my cycles first! Probably still use the OPK's though.
Ive heard it said on the boards that temping vaginally is more accurate when in changing conditions.. perhaps you could try that? assuming your not already hehe.

Yes, we had a great time. I lived there for a summer and still have college friends there, so we squeezed in a lot of activities.

This cycle is...well, it just is. Nothing interesting, just trying to keep myself occupied. Had some mild cramping throughout the day today, not sure what that's all about...but I used to have that before BCP. I have been on BCP so long I'm not sure what's "normal" for me anymore.

I thought about temping vaginally, but the thought of having to check my temp while AF is around just puts me off it. Especially as I'm only half awake when checking and go back to sleep again after. I think I'll just stick with non accurate temperatures that get thrown off, and OPK's! =)

blondeNklutzi, do you use OPK's? Maybe it's ovulation cramping? Would be around the correct time.

Hello everyone - haven't been on in a while - been tres busy at work.

The STILL hasn't arrived - that's 6 months next week! It's really starting to get on my nerves now - I just want the Metformin to start working cos I constantly feel like crap and have nothing to show for it.

Erised - don't know if I answered this or not already (brains been baked!) but when the fertility dr put me on Metformin I had to take 1 tablet a day for 1 week (500MG) then on second week upto 2 tablets a day (1000mg) and then 3 tablets a day on third week (1500mg) and then 4 tablets a day on 4th week (2000mg) - which I now have to stay on. I admit it has been difficult staying on this 4 a day as they make me feel like crap (I have bouts of diarrohea and feel sick a lot of the time) that I can't always take 4. I hope you feel a little better when you start taking the 3 a day.

BizyBee - so sorry the first round of clomis didn't work - fingers and toes crossed for round number 2! I was thinking about trying acpuncture too - let me know how it goes!.

Drakey - sorry your into the 100's too - I hope you get either your or soon - I know how you feel.

SJNAMS - Congratulations on the birth of your little boy - he is beautiful!

Dearie me, 6 months! And I thought 3 was bad =/ Hope AF shows up soon
I'm on 3 a day now, and will be staying on this. Thankfully I seem to be ok taking them now, and don't have any side affects any more apart from not feeling like food at all.
I'm sad to say however, that my weight loss did not keep up and after a 4 lbs loss 2 weeks ago I put 1 lbs back on last week *sigh*

Forgot to say, I've got the date for my fertility clinic appointment in. July 1st, at 14:10. Fingers crossed I won't need it and will conceive this cycle, but if not it's probably clomid for me from July on.

No, I'm not using OPK's, but I think I'm going to start temping next cycle. It won't really change the frequency of the bd'ing but hopefully it will keep me from wondering what the hell is going on all the time, lol.

Hello everyone

Hope you're all ok. Been on another BnB break, sometimes I just can't face it. Well last cycle I O'd on CD17 but , this cycle was CD21 so another good length for me! Am 10dpo today and have started on the ICs already! I think I can see a very faint line on this morning's but it could be an evap, I'll try again tomorrow morning of course lol.

I'm trying not to symptom spot but can't ignore the fact that I need to wee every couple of hours even though I've hardly drunk anything - not good when I'm off to see the Oasis gig in Manchester this afternoon! Anyway, will keep you all posted, I'm trying not to get too excited when it's been so long and with my chemical in Jan.

I had my first acupuncture appointment yesterday. I was very nervous, but it was fine. She used a variety of fertility points and I barely felt it. I go in next week to help with ovulation. I'm hopeful that it will work and I'll get a bfp in the next few cycles... We'll see!

BizyBee, really hope the acupuncture works for you. I've got a friend who had it after trying for a long time and she's got a little girl now, she also has friends who saw the same lady, all now with babies .

Looks like it's a no-no for me again this cycle. The ICs still look so pale that I think they are evaps and got a FRER today. I know it is still early, I'm 12dpo today, but I had a at 11 days with my chemical in January. Just to cap it off today has brought a Facebook pregnancy announcement and new baby pics from two friends .

Sigh, I'm symptom spotting like crazy. And it doesn't help that anytime I say that my stomach is upset or I need to pee, my OH goes, "see, i bet ur preggers" I know he doesn't mean it in a bad way and its his way of joking around and keeping his hopes up, but still.....

Well finally the has shown up! I am so happy - looks like maybe my body has decided to start working again! I just hope that means I'll have a semi regular cycle next - and hopefully i'll ovulate - I have everything crossed!!

whos_mummy - I know how you feel - my DH and I have been trying for over a year now and a friend informed me the other day that she was pregnant with no 3 and that it was a complete accident - it's just bloody typical - she doesn't even want another and gets pregnant without even tryin'!!
