I'm on CD ermm ... 28? Still waiting anyways. Taking it much better this cycle, just waiting it out. Changed my time on which I temp, and FF has been giving me open circles since then. I assume it has something to do with that, but does anyone know -exactly- what it means?

the open circles will be because you've changed times mid cycle - don't worry though they will sort themselves out.

have you done any opks this cycle yet Erised?

I would but he's away not back till friday night

though my temp is down this morning (must have been a freak temp - was staying in a hotel) so i now think i will be ovulating any time now as my opk this morning (even with fmu) was still positive, hopefully if it's tomorrow we're still in with a chance if not lets hope its a healthy egg and stays alive for a little while longer.

Re: OPK's, I've tested twice and only twice this cycle. Just haven't felt the need as I'm still completely dry. It annoys me tbh, a couple of days after AF goes away I'll get very wet and think ovulation will soon approach, but then it just goes dry and there's not hope left for me.

Stardancer, your chart is indeed still looking fantastic! Such lovely high temperatures, hopefully they'll keep up! Are you planning on testing in 4 days?

Thanks Erised, I'm not too excited because both temps have been after rough nights, tossing and turning... so they may not be accurate. I tested this morning, and got the expected - I can't help but test, I'm a bad girl!! I'll test every day now LOL! Stay tuned!!

lol, that just sounds so wrong. This is probably the only forum on the whole internet where you can talk like that and not feel super awkward about it. But yes ... I agree! Ovulation would be fantastic round about now, nearly a month gone so I'm starting to get a little itchy again. Nothing bad yet like last cycle, but then again, I'm not even half way yet compared to that one.

Even after a rough night of sleep they're good temperatures. We shall see what's gonna happen, I hope AF won't show. But, staying positive, you've had a fantastic cycle so far! It's been short, with ovulation and great high temperatures ... it's definitely heading the right direction! Heck, It's a brilliant cycle by anyone's standards.

Well my temp hiked this morning and i'm CD26 so today i'm also 1DPO
so we didn't miss it after all we've squeezed in so much hubby must think he's in a saucy dream.

i feel for me relaxing (ie no gym) and the vit b complex has been important for my progress this month. although i am trying to loose weight as well i have read a story in a mag re a fit lady who gym'd regularly and TTC only conceived when she stopped as her body was producing chemicals ie adrenaline which was affecting her natural cycle (she was very trim though) but i though i'd try a leaf out of that book (hubby not impressed as we have a gym membership) but hey it's only one month.

At least my cycles are on the mend. My estimated cycle length is now approx. 37 days long a huge improvement from 65!

Just a quick little update. Today I noticed FF has put me on 7 DPO, but I don't believe it. I didn't test on the day itself, but the times I've tested around it (including the day before) I've had a very very negative OPK. So nah, don't believe it.

Stardancer - Sorry to see you're in a new cycle hon. Hope this one will be even more perfect for you, early ovulation and temps that stay high!

and to you all - i'm back!
I've been away again for two days for work and hotel rooms have done my temp no good again!
they are always really cold when i wake up and it seems to make my nose stuffy! so my temp has dropped!
I altered FF to go by my O tests and it reckons i'm 5dpo
i feel sicky, going to the loo every hour which is really annoying when it was a 2+ hour drive home from my client today and i'd normally do it without stopping - I stopped twice! i'm bloated and (.Y.) tender.
Great list of symptoms so far!
WooHoo! i still can't believe i'm in the TWW and i'm not even CD30 yet!

littlestar, nice little implantation dip yesterday!

Alright ladies, a little update as I'm utterly confused. I've been in Holland visiting my parents, so couldn't do daily OPK's this cycle as the bathroom is downstairs and right next to where my mum sits on her computer. Not wanting her to know we're ttc, I couldn't take wee samples and stuff. I -assumed- that if your test was positive, it would come up pretty much right away. So after a minute I chucked them away (not being able to take too long) thinking they were negative.

I'm now back in England, and took a test yesterday. Waited a minute while I was sorting some make-up, negative. Left it and came back about 30 minutes later to find there's a definite line on the OPK. About half strength of the control line. So it's not a positive, but not as negative as I had assumed it was.

Now, FF claims I ovulated 8 days ago. My temps have actually been going up, just not drastically. Though this morning it was high for me, I've only had it this high twice once before this cycle. It's definitely climbing. Now, on Saturday and Sunday I started spotting just a tiny little bit. I wouldn't actually say it was enough blood for 'spotting'. Just little dots when wiping. This happened 5 times over the course of 2 days. I actually thought it might have been the start of my period! But nah ... now, looking back, that was at 3 & 4 DPO if FF is right.

Things that have changed:
I've been bloody soaking! Wet underpants and everything (tmi, sorry).
I've had a couple of dizzy spells over the weekend
Little bit of spotting
Slightly climbing temps
Incredibly restless sleep last night
Runny nose for the last 2 days

So yeah ... I don't know anymore now. Am I indeed at 8DPO? Am I about to ovulate and is that why a line is starting to appear on the OPK? Is my body just messing with me completely? I'll do another OPK's daily from now on again anyway (back in England), and see what happens. Will obviously keep taking my temps as well to see what happens. I've had 2 dips in my temp in the 8 days I've supposedly been past ovulation. Never any signs that said I ovulated, apart from lower temps.

So yeah, that's my little rant of confusion that I just had to share.

Edited (again) to add a picture of yesterday's OPK. Tested again today, didn't spot a line. But had been to the bathroom only 90 minutes before that, so will try again tonight after not using the bathroom for a couple of hours.

i though i'd caught the tale end of my ovulation last week and it just so happened i caught the start of my surge. so fingers crossed that you still in with a chance.

Either way if you are 8 dpo your cycle like mine will be soo much shorter this time around!

From what I've read implantation dips can occur between 4 and 10 DPO. Hmm ... who knows. Your temp went up again today anyways =)

We shall see what happens with my cycle. If I am indeed 8DPO I'll be very happy. If it's the start of the surge, I'll still be very happy! Either way, my cycle is looking to be shorter this time around indeed =D

Just a little update
Yesterday I had a slight temperature drop, one that convinced me FF was wrong (like last cycle) and in fact nothing happened. Then today I got a temperature of 36.46! Which is super high for me ... I just can't believe it, I've been staring at my chart all day today. I'm still not convinced it's correct, keep thinking 'maybe I fell asleep when the alarm went off and took my temperature an hour late, without realising'. But know this isn't the case as it's never happened before. So yeah, maybe I did actually ovulate! Not sure if FF is correct on the date, but we'll probably find out in 4 or 5 days.

My mind has been going insane today. I feel little cramps, but not sure if they're actually there. I thought I felt a little upset in the stomach in the car, but don't know if that's just hoping to feel sick. I didn't manage to eat my lunch, but the mind can be strong. All I know is that I most definitely have a sore throat and a slightly runny nose. But this could also be due to the fact that 2 days ago we were at a friends whose little girl had a sore throat.

So yeah ... 2ww definitely got me going insane! First time ovulation, woo-hoo!

I know exactly how you feel in regards to knowing you ovulated - i was elated
after months and months of non event - here it is!

the relief of knowing that i do actually work properly down there lifted my mood and total attitude for knowing, that for the first time off the pill (second now) i actually have a chance for my

it's just the waiting now that is getting to me, if hasn't arrived by friday i will test.
I was 8 dpo last cycle when i started spotting so i am also hoping that stays away this time too!

How are you holding up Littlestar, any symptoms yet?
I'm most definitely ill. Whether it's pregnancy symptoms, or just plain old ill I don't know. I honestly hope it's pregnancy (even though I'd only be 3 weeks) as else I don't like it.

From last night on, though some of the symptoms I've had all day:
- Sleep deprived
- Nausea
- Very Sore Throat
- A lot of Coughing
- Dizziness
- Gassy from the Top

Be it just ill, or be it pregnancy ... I'm -loving- my temperatures! After yesterday's I didn't think it would go up any more, as it was soooo high for me already. Imagine the shock to find 36.58 this morning!! I honestly could stare at my graph all day.

With me feeling pretty darn awful at the moment, I might test tomorrow. I doubt it would show anything yet, as it's very very early. But I might test non the less. FF isn't too sure when I ovulated, as yesterday when I filled in my cervix position it changed my ovulation day to CD32, which is 4 days later. So, I could still be in the first week of the 2ww.

it's not looking good for me really, i did a chart comparison with my temps and it was 90% ovulatory so i'm not getting my hopes up. so unless my temps sort themselves i am sure i'm out this month.
