Good luck with the Clomid BizyBee, hope the first cycle will do the trick for you and leave you with a sticky bean =)
I've had a fun night. Went to bed around 3, completely exhausted. Woke up around 3:30 shaking like mad. I'd been having bad dreams about not being able to control my body for a while, and forced myself to wake up. Turns out it wasn't just dreams, and I had been having cold chills/cramps for a while already as my legs were hurting from the constant muscle spasms. I didn't actually -feel- cold, but my body obviously felt different. Woke up DH in a bit of a panic, and he told me I was freezing and to check my temp. Found it had dropped to around 35.32C, my usual temp around that time is ~36.20 ... so nearly a full degree lower than what it should be. Tmi ... but with all the muscles in my body spasming my bowels went into overdrive (and I usually have trouble due to IBS) making me feel very sick.
DH got an extra blanket and warmed me up a little to the point where I could actually stand up again and then I walked up and down the stairs and house to warm up. Hot tea, walking, 2 blankets and around 90 mins later I stopped shaking. It scared the livin' daylight out of me. I thought about calling the doctor, but at that time things started to improve already. I managed to get back to sleep around 6 in the morning, and needless to say I'm very tired today. Plus my legs hurt as if I've been working out.
Now, today my cervix is very wet (though no ewcm), high and soft. We already figured last night that maybe this was brought on by a sudden temp dip to do with ovulation? Could this be the case? And if so, I'm assuming this is just because my body hasn't ovulated in so long ... it better not be a normal thing!
Of course, I'm in Holland now and forgot to take my OPK's with me, so I can't confirm. My temperature this morning was 36.84 due to sleeping under 2 blankets to stop shaking. So that's absolutely pointless and not accurate. I'll see what my normal temp is like tomorrow.
