Thanks ladies. I had the scan yesterday and the yolks are abnormally large and there still aren't fetal poles or heartbeats. I should have my beta results back today and I really hope they are going down. It also looks like something is wrong with my left ovary so I go in for more tests next Thursday. I am going to try to have fun this weekend as I will be at a wedding (and hope I don't miscarry while away) and will request a D&C next Thursday if the u/s shows the same lack of progress. My doctor and I are both 100% it's not viable.
