The dress is almost there but not quite. Maybe another 10 lbs or so. I was super bummed out!
I am just going to eat whole foods, low carbs, make sure I am sticking to what I already started. Low carb, no refined sugars, starches, ect. I am also going to be working out 5 days a week. Not sure which days, just going to make sure it is 5 days a week.
