Hey everyone
Guess I better start out introducing myself =D !
I'm Jess, 19, and gave birth to my little fairy girl just over 2 weeks ago
I'm looking to lose around a stone and a half - to be honest with you I don't even know what I weigh now and I don't have scales in my house so it may be less so who knows! Buying scales later so will update - scary scary!
Weight insn't the main issue to me, as long as I *look* okay then thats the main thing so I'm going to be back on the abs cruncher and starting back up with basic excersises (my stitches came open down there and are still healing so I won't be doing anything too hardcore for the meantime )
Secondly! I'm also linking this in with a stretchmark journal! I'll be taking pics weekly with results/progress so I can monitor how everythings going and see how things are changing - and hopefully I can give you ladies some hope that they *will* fade

Daily Skincare Regime
Aloe Vera Gel as soon as I get up
Bio Oil a minimum of 3x a day
Aloe Vera Gel late evening
Pure Teatree Oil before bed
I will post up my specific weight and goal weight later when I actually have scales
I won't be making many changes to my diet as I'm a pretty good healthy eater anyway (Vegetarian mainly alkaline diet ) So it'll be mainly exercise and toning up with a little bit of weightloss off the wibbly bits
So thats me done !
