Low E2, P4 Normal HCG success stories??? Please???

I had my 7+4 u/s last Tuesday and there was no HB. The doctor said that the yolk sac was much larger than the baby and in her experience this indicated a chromosomal abnormality. Also, the baby was measuring 6+5 and she said appeared that it had already started to deteriorate. ...devastating to hear... She asked me to come back this Tuesday for a second u/s to see if there was a possibility that I just implanted late. If there is still no HB I will discontinue meds and wait for nature to take it's course. Does anyone have a similar story? I have been very unsure about my low numbers the entire time and I was not really surprised when there was no HB. It is still so hard to comprehend when you have that reserved excitement for actually being pg. I am trying to be optimistic but I am not very optimistic that there will be a HB on Tuesday. I guess I just don't want to get my hopes up.

Ugh....I feel lost.

Following. I have low HCG levels, threatened mc. First scan on friday (9ish weeks). I don't have any advice or anything… sometimes life just throws rocks in our path.

Today's u/s showed no fetus. Only an empty gestational sac. My hormones are still climbing after having fallen the last two weeks. Weird. My HCG is still >10,000 which tells me nothing.... My estrogen climbed to 422 from 317 and my progesterone climbed from 13 to 15. I will stop the progesterone this evening and see what happens. I'm hoping this isn't dragged out over months. I've been told HCG drops about 1000 per day and you won't start to bleed until it reaches 1000. Then you won't ovulate until it's below 25. However, once my levels are at zero we can start trying the next round. I only have 3 chances left as that is all the sperm my donor has left. no pressure here huh!
