Low progesterone!! Help

Hello Girls
I was wanting some advice
My progesterone was 3 when it was done in April
And i wanted to ask had anybody else been so low and what help did u get and was it successful?
We've been referred to Gynae for invesigaions so im gettin my nxt 21day done in early Sept

hi there - i cant really offer any help but just wanted to say hi - i also have low progesterone. it was 14.5nmols/l - so not as low as u - but according to my GP still pretty crap! Have started taking agnus castus and b vits this cycle and have read about alot of folk getting good results. due to have 21 day blood draw on friday. so i'll let u know if it has made any difference.

y so long between ur day 21 tests? i think they usually do 2-3 months in a row in case it was just a random anovulatory month which all women get occasionally. by the way lisaf over on ttc just got her bfp with clomid i think her levels had been really low previously xx

Vitamin B6 is apparently what a lot of women turn to. Here is a thread about it:

It could be anything. It could just mean you haven't ovulated that cycle. Vit B helps, or there's progesterone supplements the Dr can give you. GL for your appointment!

Thx for the tips
The reason y it took so long to ge another test was my "lovely" doctor!
She thinks at 40 im wayyyyyy past havin anoher baby!!NICE
So she refused to do anything more until we had been tryin 4 a yr!
She referred me 10days ago to gynae for investigations!
EVENTUALLY!! Its been a long time coming!Think i nagged her into it
So my 21day bloods are now Sept10th,she led me to believe that becus of my age we wudnt b kept waiting too long!"Fingers X"
