I'm only 2dp2dt but have really bad lower back pain. It's really uncomfortable. Is this because of the progesterone? Any advice on how to ease it? Without a hot water bottle.

I've always been told paracetamol is fine but not ibuprofen during 2ww. And yes, no heat. I find the prog bungs me up a bit which can cause pain. Hope it eases soon and lots of luck to you.
