300 minimum for amazon vouchers

1000 for paypal, not sure on the validation though

I've never entered bank details. I either get payment through PayPal or vouchers sent to my address

same, none of the sites i'm on have ever asked for
banking details, you're paid in vouchers (either e-vouchers
or physical ones that are posted to your address)
paypal or nectar points depending on the site
