Just wanted to bump this, check for continued interest and advance the planning!

I suggest we agree on a meeting place and time. I recommend the Gower Memorial in Bancroft Gardens. It's a nice prominent landmark in a nice spot: https://www.stratford-upon-avon.co.uk/static_864.htm

How about 11am? That should give folks arriving in Stratford on the day enough time to travel there.

I think Andy and I are going to travel Friday and stay two nights, still looking at accommodation atm.
