Mayhem Babies! May 2011 mummies and babies

Brandi- I've had that same feeling of loss that it's over- and I know for certain I made the right decision to tie my tubes- I think you're right, watching the May babies roll in adds to it, plus I have several local friends having babies as well- I always wanted 5, and now I have my 5 (oldest godson included) I just spread them out over 19 years! ( My son will be 19 tomorrow, I can't believe it! I was frecking 19 when I married his dad and had him! :dohh: )

Ps- the hardest age is 14. trust me  they're INSANE!

OH has just been taken to hospital in an ambulance

He was complaining of his throat and chest hurting before bed and he woke me up about 30 mins ago cos he was in agony, I made him ring NHS direct and they called him an ambulance

Oh no hun:hugs: Do they have any idea what could be causing it? Do you have any family nearby to help out with the kids so you can go to him? Hun:hugs:

The ambulance crew did joke when they were here that it wasn't his heart, but no idea whats caused it. I rang my mum and she can't get up here so I can't even go and see him cos I don't want to drag the kids to the hospital, and even if I did, Dylan wouldn't walk there or go on the buggyboard

Thats good that at least its not his heart hun. With any luck its not going to be too serious and he'll be home in a few hours:hugs: This is the last thing you need with a new baby, I cant imagine how stressed out you must be:hugs: I do think you're best at home with the kids until you know more at least, if you really need to go there when they find out whats wrong, can you wear bethany and put dylan in the pushchair?:hugs: again.

Fingers crossed he will be home soon. He was in so much pain :( OH has his phone and is under strict instructions to phone me to keep me up to date. If I need to go to the hospital if they keep him in or whatever I will just pop Bethany in her carrier and put Dylan in the buggy. Oh poop, might have to do that anyways, its payday and OH has my bank card :dohh:

Oops:dohh: Cant tell you the amount of times I've ran off with DHs bankcard when he's needed it lol, we really need a joint account! I told hubby the symptoms and he's asking if your OH has had an ulcer before? I really hope your OH is ok and home soon:hugs: Has Dylan slept though the amulance coming?

Not had an ulcer before, he's normally got really good health. Fingers crossed its just mega indigestion or something silly like that. Me and OH need a joint account too, but I need I to open one and I always forget to buy some :dohh: Dylan slept through the ambulance coming thankfully, but he'll probably wake up in the next hour as always, poor little guy is going to be so upset, he has never woken up here before with daddy not at home :(

Aww poor Dylan,:hugs: Only thing I can suggest is to get Dylan excited to go to the hospital to see daddy, if its nothing too serious with OH and he's out same day then its novelty enough to maybe not upset dylan. Pack lots of distractions if you go to:thumbup:

Forgive my one-handed, 1:30am typing, but I hope all is okay, Wiggler!!

lol, ok if most of you type one-handed while BFing or pumping... that explains why I have no time.. BFing is still mostly a 2-handed thing and don't have room for laptop with baby in front anyway. Then when I pump, I pump both at once and don't have a hands-free bra (don't think they make them in my size).

I'll just have to keep up when I can!

Sorry to hear about OH Wiggler! Hope its something minor! :hugs:

You get the hang of it. I was holding Anberlin's bottle with my chin, and holding her with my other arm, lol. I can't type when I pump though, because it's a double electric.

OH just rang me, and they couldn't find out what was wrong with him so they discharged him, he walked half way home, could barely move or talk for being in agony and called another ambulance.

Dylan woke up at 5.30am, it was heartbreaking to see him go and look for his daddy in all the rooms, he didn't get upset luckily, but he just sounded so confused :(

Aww wiggler, how is he now? xx

Not sure, just text him and waiting for a reply. I hope they find out whats causing all this pain :(

ARGH, they have to do all the tests on him again cos they have lost the results from when they did it all THIS MORNING!!!!! GRRRR

Wiggler- I hope your OH is home soon! Hopefully it's nothing serious x

Mummy- Yeah i'm having my iron levels done again next tuesday. Fingers crossed they'll be getting back to normal!

Good luck for your next iron levels test Meow!
