try not to worry, lots of things change for child birth hun and just takes time to go back to normal after. It is a tiny place to get a baby from! Im sure if we poke most of us would feel different xx

my 6 week checks varied with chloe and leila my stomach got felt and they did a questionaire for pnd, with sienna i got briefly asked if i was ok while they checked her over and that was it. i had a letter through asking me to make smear app later on. they will very rarely in uk check anything internally at this app x

Well Dylan had a lovely nap and is now awake and so hyper its driving me mad I'm waiting for Bethany to have her next feed then taking the kids down to the garden as the weather is lovely today

Im sat waiting for my HV who is late! I had to disturb George to go for a pee and get lunch before she arrived and I neednt have done it so soon grrrr He is feeding now we may go for a walk once she has been

New, George is just adorable

Its 20 past 7 here and the kids have already been up a couple of hours, they all feel much better We need to head out to the store, walgreens, and get things for our trip on the airplane tomorrow. I'm bricking it, why did I think going myself with all 4 kids was a good idea?! Its the main Phoenix airport too so massive and I just know my son will try and run off

Its going to be funny when we arrive too, we're staying with 2 different people for te 2 night we're away. My eldest 2 will be going with MIL and she's getting them at the airport and me, Anja and eilidh will be staying with my friend Sam (cleckner) lol so they have to both come get us as we dont fit in one car I believe we are attempting the zoo on friday..

Wiggler, have fun at the garden, hope Dylans in a better mood for you. My little guy is running around throwing a few tantrums atm, he does it for a minute or 2 then suddenly stops his screaming and says hi and runs away

George still hasnt gained his weight, I asked the HV if I would need to consider formula top ups and she said no way! His nappies were very wet and his poops showed he is getting plenty of milk, she said some babies just arent text book and gain it back a little slower, my baby certainly isnt text book He also has a herniated belly button, but its ok apparently, she didnt say I needed to do anything.

Joshua is also on one today! Must be something in the water lol He has a face like a slapped arse because I refused to buy a bag of chocolates and a Ben 10 toothbrush from Boots. The bloody toothbrush was £11!! and the sweets were £1 for a standard bag, me thinks not... had he not kicked off and stormed out the shop Id have suggested he go to the newsagents next door for some sweets but decided he wanted to sulk and act like a baby he could go without, which results in bigger sulks lol Now he is in his room avoiding me oops!

Right here goes.... Since I had Sam I've had tingling and a weird pressure sensation in my rectum and it's like the muscles are contracting but there is no reason for them to do so, and on and off I'm getting shooting pains.... There isn't any piles as OH has checked (poor man) - Is anyone else still still having funny sensation there?! xx

24 i had a really sore pressure type pain, and got shooting pains when I needed to go, and stupidly didnt tell the MW at first because I dodnt want anything to be 'wrong' eventually told the MW last weekend as it didnt settle down and she said its normal, but if it gets too painful speak with the GP in a few days. It went about 2-3 days ago I think for me although went to toilet earlier (sorry tmi) and got the shooting pains again, no where near as bad but first time in a day or so so i think everything is settling down now. If its really uncomfortable speak with your doctor hun, have you seen your HV yet? Mine asked me today how I was, bleeding etc, so she may also be able to help or advise you. Hope it settles quickly hun

Wiggler he settled down in 5 minutes when his little friend came knocking on the door to see if he was playing lol And yes £11, was an electric (battery) toothbrush, but Im not paying £11 for it lol

Like you, I've been so worried about it being "something" I didn't mention it. I've been really flapping about it being piles and finally cracked and got OH to check earlier and he assures me I don't... Will see how it goes then if its not just me, there is a drop in baby clinic tomorrow if I crack and need some extra reassurance my insides are not about to fall out. xx

Go with your instinct if you are worried ask them, Im sure they seen and heard worse painful areas after birth!

I take back what I said about Joshua, Mia has just gone home and he started at me again, snapping, sulking and answering back, so now he been told to get his PJs on! Early night for him me thinks!

Well I think its safe to say I have managed to bring my milk back!! Its now like turning a tap on. I can pump almost a whole feed now in about 40 minutes!! Now if we can get Sam to latch we really have cracked it!! Thank you all so much fot the support!! xx

Brilliant news 24/7!!! Maybe pump to get the milk flowing then try latching Sam on to see if he will drink from the boob if you haven't already? You are doing so well!

He is super tired tonight after visiting OH work today, but going to give it a try later.

On a negative though.... Out of the 30 people who do my job, as of next march 26 will be made redundant. xx

Sounds like Joshua is tired? Maybe an early night will get him back on track for you. George will get there, I'm told its more common for bigger babies to take longer to regain birthweight? Eilidh actually never lost from birth but she did have a lot of trouble gaining at a fast enough rate so they all different, you're doing well

24, Sounds like you're going to crack it! If the milks there maybe stop with the bottle all together now, a hungry baby will feed just might take a few goes. I'm sorry about the work situation, are you in a position to be a sahm?

Wiggler how did the garden go? That sounds like a nursery rhyme

We got some stuff for the airplane but forgot loads lol and its way too hot too go back out.

With piles, I got the delight of internal piles maybe get checked for them?

fantastic!!! You should be so proud of your determination and success Sam will start to latch on once he knows he can get milk, as wiggler says maybe get the milk started then put him on so he gets it straight away. Im sure the BFing counsellor will have lots of ideas to get him to latch

It was so nice getting out into the garden, but Dylan is still grumpy now He just needs a good sleep, so do I actually. I'm shattered!

i think Joshua may be a little tired too! I told him if he didnt put his smiley face on for mummy he was going to bed early lol, he cheered up somewhat after that lol

Hope you didnt forget anything important hun, can you get it on route to the airport, or maybe at the airport itself?

How do you treat internal piles mummy?

Sam is being a complete soppy monkey tonight just cooing and being generally snuggly. nI think he was constipated but all seems fixed and hes in a much better mood now.

Odd question.... Is dark green explosive poo ok? And thats for Sam, not me!! xx
