when are you ladies going to start putting the little bundles to bed upstairs while you're down stairs? George looks so super settled right now, on the sofa! Im watching him and thinking he really should be snug in his hammock but Im not feeling ready to leave him in the room alone upstairs, even with monitors on.

I'm not going to put Bethany upstairs, I don't think mr and mrs crazy would like me barging in and putting Bethany to bed up there Seriously though I am nowhere near ready for Bethany to go to bed in my room while I am still up yet, I was thinking maybe when she outgrows the moses basket...

pedantic sod!! lol George doesnt like his moses basket too much! He LOVES my support pillow, fits so snug between it so he sleeps between my pillow on the sofa lol (well when Im here obviously dont leave him on the sofa lol)

I found something that Bethany LOVES to lay on, my beanbag. Shame it lives in the tent in the garden, but she had a lounge on it when we was out there earlier. She looked so snug and comfy, I wasn't even annoyed that she nicked my seat I might have to get her one of those baby beanbag things

were u on about ctc or wtc earlier, wiggler ull get exactly the same as new, its standard rate working or not! aslong as u dont earn over the cut off point. its between 45-50 per week per child roughly. anyone on less hasnt checked their bank aco**** since the increase if uve already registered birth before ringing ctc then they can update child beneift for u without forms or needing to call them, thou i always send mine ne way. x

I want some extra money too! We just get it taken off us in ever increasing amounts. I just dont get the money system here, everything is so expensive and it seems like everyone earns a stupid amount. What does everyone put aside for savings each month? weekly shop? Like even rent here seems so high, you cant get a decent place for less than $1500 a month and that would be a basic 3 bed. Groceries are about $200 a week for what would be about 50 pounds worth back when we lived in the uk. Ok rant over sorry

I just went off for a few hours there to figure out facebook before realising I already had an account just hadn't been on it in 2 years lol then had to work out what the email was. Complicated stuff..

OMG george is seriously boob hungry, 4 boobs!!! And shortest feed was 20 minutes! He just making a noise now lol like dont forget Im here but Im too stuffed to cry or suck

savings is ermmmm limited here rofl whatever is still in the bank end of the month goes into the ISA account and sits there unless i need it. I spend more on groceries than I need to because I dont bulk shop as I tend to waste so much, our hetic schedule means meats dont get cooked on the day they intended for etc so I buy a few days at a time, but this usually means extras each time, so all adds up lol but less waste lol

OMG George has found his lungs and is really sucking on his dummy, my boobs cant take any more hammering lol he has been on constant since what 7.30 ish?

If we was better with money we would probably be putting £100 a month into savings, shite I know, but OH only brings home £930 a month, crap money, but well worth it with how good his work is to him. We do a weekly shop of about 30-40 then a monthly shop with OH's wages of around 60-70. We are really awful with money though so we need to set ourselves a strict budget and stick to it.

Since Anberlin started her new reflux medication, we have to time her feeds around one of the meds, so she gets at least one bottle a day.

Apparently my FIL thought it was milk, and it is, in a sense.

Imagine waking up to this conversation:

FIL: I had to go out and get new milk, son. The milk in the fridge was bad.

Husband: But Brandi just got it three days ago.

FIL: I wanted to eat some cereal but the milk jug was empty and all I found was this little bag *picks it out of the garbage* It didn't taste like milk. It tasted bad.

Husband: That's because it's milk from Brandi's boobie. It's the baby's milk. That's why it has the baby's name on it.


...I guess in the end, at least it didn't go to waste, and now we have extra 2% milk in our fridge.

Our rent is £850 for a two bed flat, council tax £116 then bills, food and petrol. We run two cars as we both do shift work and they doesnt fit around public transport. We save £3-400 a month but it will all be gone at the end of my maternity leave and I'll either go back part time or not at all now but either way there will be no saving. xx

wow @ your rent!!! i pay £450 for a 2 bed house (small house though lol) but council tax is £122 a month.

And this is cheap, our neighbours was £1000 for the samw flat - Our landlord is just nice!! xx
