Awww hun Megan is gorgeous! Glad everything is going well and you like your HV :) My HV has annoyed me a bit I rang her yesterday for advice on what medication to take while BFing and she said she'd ring me straight back... Im still waiting for the call good job my GP was more helpful!

Ive semi packed lol Getting there slowly, so long as I set off my 2pm we'll be back in time for Joshua's karate lol just need to gather together the cleaned laundry and put all Georges toiletries away I think lol Im sure I'll find loads more stuff to do lol
 
How would I start a routine for Sam new? I'd love to start moving in that direction but have no idea where to start?! Its been ok with no routine until now, but OH is back at work on tuesday and at the moment things are abit chaotic time wise!! xx
 
It was my mum that got me in a routine with Joshua and i will be doing exactly the same with george, i can never thank her enough, even though at the time I got really mad with her for interferring lol

I'd always feed and craddle Joshua downstairs until i went to bed, then took him with me at that time (no matter how late or early it was). When Joshua was 4 weeks my mum stopped me giving him his evening bottle downstairs (between 7-8pm) and said i was to give it to him upstairs and put him straight into bed and come back down. I did it because i was under her roof and respect her, but hated the idea lol He didnt really grizzle much, had his feed and went down to sleep, then id go up and give him his next feed and either go bed myself or come back down. All feeds from 7pm were given in his bedroom. By 6 weeks old, Joshua was going up at 7pm, being put in bed awake, no crying and sleeping through to 7am! Since then he has always gone to bed awake, and nearly always has 12hours sleep!

George is already falling to sleep at his 7pm feed and settling for 3-4 hours (like his night feeds) so I know he is ready to go up to bed. I would have done it here except i dont have my monitors here so will do it when i get home. I doubt George will sleep through for a long while as he is BF but he has a set pattern now, feed at 7pm, 10-11pm, 2-3am then wakes up between 6-8am. i do georges bath in the morning (unless he has a sore tummy) just because evenings is crazy with Joshuas karate and bedtime and reading etc but id keep bath time at the same time, and just try and do the same things at the same times so it sets a familiar pattern to him.
 
So I'm not completely convinced she was having reflux attacks. I've had a cold or allergies for the last few days and haven't been sure which one, but Anberlin's nose is very mucousy and she's coughing and sputtering. I think she has her first cold. She's only okay when she's completely upright and she doesn't want to eat. This is going to be fun.

Joshua didnt like his crib much either, and hated his moses basket. george hates his moses basket too! Joshua was in his cot from quite early, he loved it in there lol Luckily George seems to be liking his hammock, which is a good job really seeing how it cost me £200 and I dont have a cot or anything in reserve pmsl

I hope her cold passes quickly brandi, bless her!
 
Aww Brandi, I hope she gets better soon, Bethany still has her cold, its just starting to go.

I tried to do a set routine with Dylan, he bloody hated it so I followed his lead and he got himself into a nice routine, I'll probably do the same with Bethany, but she has a great big feed at around 8pm so that seems like a nice bedtime, but for the rest, I will just follow her lead.

I made melty cheese and ham baguettes for lunch, OMG it was soooo good, Dylan loved it too.

He didn't say anything, he just ignored it. But I have a good kid and he learns quickly!
 
I've just added somewhere else to the places I want to visit once the kids are grown up. Yellowstone, me and Dylan are watching a documentary about it, its amazing!

Wiggler I'm baby led too, Eilidh is reliably sleeping 9 to 3 now in her basket so I dont think will be too much longer before a bedtime and sttn. Hope you get to yellowstone!

24/7, hope you and Sam get a routine in place before DH goes back but he will get there:flower:

I leaked all over the place again, not sure what this is all about as I dont usually leak, lots and lots of washing going on. Sent DH out for supplies to make mac n cheese and chocolate cookies, kids need stuff to do as still too hot to go outside:dohh:
 
We're going to the hospital. Our Healthline service isn't convinced this is a cold or reflux related.
 
So so tired. Hours of non stop crying last night. Wish there was something I could do to make him feel better. Gas drops don't help.

Brandi- hope everything is OK.
 
:hi: I am so behind girls! Hope all is well.

Luke has been keeping me busy. He's still a calm baby and he sleeps a lot, but I feel like there's no time for the computer. I'm either watching him sleep, feeding, pumping, or changing diapers (he sure goes a lot!) Sometimes I find a little time to tidy the house. He's eating well and gaining weight. I just can't take his cuteness. I want to squeeze and kiss him always. :cloud9:

OK, not the best picture, crap angle and I think I caught her blinking but here is a smile pic!!! We were just chattering away to each other then she turned to the wall and smiled :rofl:
