Mike, to the movies. I hate going alone. We`re going to see Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close
 
It came out here on Christmas Day. It has Tom Hanks in it. It's about a boy with Autism whose dad dies in the September 11 attacks and he finds this key and tries to find out what it fits.

Anberlin just whacked me in the face. Her finger got caught in my nose, and now it`s bleeding. My baby is violent.

She also thinks it`s hilarious to pull my hair and bite me at the same time, and of course, I encourage it by laughing back because her laugh is so contagious
 
Sounds like a good movie! Welcome to the violent babies club:flower: Is this part of the help you guys were getting to work on the marriage? Very jealous of a date night, been well over a year since dh and I went anywhere baby free for us time!

Will you guys take the date night opportunity to talk and try sort things out? Who will have your LOs?
 
We got a movie gift card for Christmas and I wanted to see this movie and was going to go alone, but it's not playing in my city, so we have to drive to my Mom's city. He didn't want me to use the whole card up, so he said he'd come along, and my mom is going to watch all three kids, and then take Zoe for the weekend.

Just got a phone call, and I was asked to come in for a job interview tomorrow.
 
I'm enthusiastic about seeing the movie, but not so much about going with him. I just don't feel anything for him anymore. I don't hate him, but I don't love him. I'd rather just be friends.

Prospective parents? For the cat?

It's just a lousy coffee shop job, but I can also get scholarships for school in September and stuff like that. They wanted me on the night shift and I said NO WAY, so they're offering me afternoons, 3pm-11pm.

Does sound like a movie night, date night would include snogging at the back of the cinema:blush: Good luck at the interview, a jobs a job:thumbup:

nooo I thought you had some parents coming about a daycare place with you??? I get muddled up by our days and yours because when you say today/ its usually our night and I think tomorrow etc.... :dohh:

A job is a job hun when you got no money!!!! Is 3pm do-able witht he kids in school?
 
I love him as my kids' dad, and I love the man I fell in love with, but he's not that person anymore. I'm now more excited about having another baby down the line.

This interview tomorrow, it's kind of a toss up. It's full-time, but minimum wage, but before taxes, weekly, will pay me what I'd make in a month doing child care. I want to be home with my kiddos, but I know we need money. I wouldn't mind part-time, but I can't be picky either.
 
Oh, no decision yet. They have two more interviews and want to see my contract, and if they decide to go with me, it'll be starting in May. Their daughter is 2 months younger than Anberlin.

We've had a cat hanging around our house for the last week. He hasn't left. He's here day and night. He's not fixed or declawed and we can't take him in (rather, Mike doesn't want to, especially since we don't know where he came from). He can't be anymore than a year old. We put up flyers today to find his owners, and a FB friend who lives around the corner says he belongs to a couple on her street, but they haven't called to claim him. He`s camping out in our garage right now with a blanket, a bowl of water, and I gave him some food today. If no one claims him by Friday, we`ll have no choice but to take him to the SPCA.

Oh may is a long time away huh!! What you doing about the day care agency meeting you have set up?

Will Mike be available to have the children while you at the coffee house or will you have daycare bills? Sounds like a good option if it'll bring in 3xs more money a month!
 
Yeah, Mike will be home. The kids won`t get their warm, homecooked meals anymore, and he`ll have to deal with baths and bedtime by himself, and Anberlin won`t have her bedtime boob anymore, but there are just some things that outweigh others, right?
 
Awww that kitty's a cutie:cloud9: If no one claims him, maybe vet can do a MOT kitty style and check him out for any diseases, then you can adopt him?! 3x more money sounds like a result too!! Nowadays the job market is tough, you've done very well to even get an interview hun and yeah your kids will appreciate this as they grow:thumbup:
 
You definitely have to forfot some things for the greater good hun! Although there is no reasom they cant have a hot cooked meal, if Mike cant do it right away he'd learn, you could have everything prepared and leave step by step directions on cooking it, or make slow cook meals they you can start off and Mike just has to turn off and serve :shrug: Always a way round things hun!!

Im sat up in bed, and George just pulled himself towards me and is currently trying to nurse on my elbow :dohh: Silly boy lol
 
Mike wants a brand new kitten, just a baby, and not until March, otherwise we would take this one in.
