I hope they sleep tonight too!! lol George is on his pillow at my side, not holding me.. I even managed a pee by myself just now!! lol

I have an amazingly sweet tooth tonight arghhhh and NO junk food in my house lol

I'm not used to all this free time, usually I have to rush everything as Sam is awake and wanting me!! xx
 
Anberlin had a sleepy day yesterday. She slept from 9:00am to 1:30pm and 3:00pm to 8:30 pm. Today, she's only had 2 half hour cat naps and I'm dying for some sleep myself.
 
George keeps waking up, he just wants to be with me. ive now swaddled him and got him on me lol hope this isnt the start of something lol
 
Eilidh sleeps alot before and after a growth spurt.

I'm so jealous of you ladies getting all the paternity leave, none of that here, straight in at the deep end lol.

New, you're not over reacting, no way in hell would I let my 8 year old out that far alone! My daughter is almost 7 and I wont let her out alone yet.

We went to view a house this afternoon and I think we may move there away from this place. Could be interesting breaking the lease but its not worth the stress and noise staying here. If we move to LA later in the year the company can pay for the move:haha: Then buying after that. No point buying until we know for sure where we're going to be:shrug: Now main problems are loud, loud bass, which affects my epilepsy and tonnes of dog turd :sick: Now its pet friendly which is fine but so many dont pick up and the complex aint doing great job. Anja has even picked one up:growlmad: Anyone know if this is good reason to break the lease? We've had the cops out loads and complained loads about both but not much is being done :(

New- around here that's grounds for calling children's services! I HATE irresponsible parents! And then when something happens to their kid they don't get it!

We left the girls with hubby's mom last night to go to dinner and a dance for a friend's birthday... I made it an hour through dinner before having hubby take me back to to get them! :haha:

Anberlin is fighting sleep. It's 8:15am and she's been awake since 5:00am. But, that's not why she hates me.

She won't smile for me. If I smile at her, she screams in my face, but if Daddy smiles at her, she smiles right back and coos.

Why do I keep making Daddy's Girls? I'm the ones who changes her bum, gives her a bath, wakes with her, feeds her, but Daddy gets the credit.

I've just been sat here watcing Loose Women and then all of it hit me, I am watching daytime TV and ENJOYING it!! I never really watch daytime TV apart from JK. Oh dear, I need a hobby :rofl:

OH came home for lunch earlier with a HUGE bag full of toys given to him by a friend, Dylan is a very happy camper now, there is about 10 books, trains, cars, blocks and some other stuff.

We have a new DD set up for the water bill and I totally forgot about it, it comes out tomorrow and will screw us up for the next 2 weeks moneywise, bye bye lovely trip to my mums on my Bday and bye bye lovely present and card I was going to get OH for Fathers day. Never mind, OH said he is going to treat me to a special day when money is back to normal. Fingers crossed the CB will come through soon, the £65+ backpayment will be a godsend.

Rightio ladies, I need REALLY cheap meal ideas that can be bulk cooked and frozen... I was thinking bolognese and mac n cheese but can't think of anything else :wacko:
 
Thanks for the advice girls. We used warm wash cloths and Boudreaux's Butt Paste and his diaper rash is nearly gone. It never was that bad, I just didnt want it to get to the point where it was bothering him.

I'm so excited that my birth announcements should be arriving today or tomorrow. My sister took some awesome pics and I can't wait to see them. :)

Glad you got a happy boy wiggler! Ermmmm cottage pie, curries, chillis, casseroles they all easy to bulk cook and freeze.

I just seen the HV and had my little chunk weighed, he has put on almost 1lb, and is now 8lb 13oz! Yay! He is still underweight for what he should be (on paper!) and she said thats probably why he is feeding hourly most days he is playing catch up, so she will weigh him again next week and keep an eye on him. Im not worried thats an awesome weight gain, and I know now he is definitely getting what he needs from mummy. She did say however she was worried about his rash and told me to make an appointment with the GP who will probably prescribe a cream for it. I told her I thought it was just baby acne, she said it was a form of yes, but she said it looked particulary inflamed and she wasnt happy just to leave it. So seeing GP on Wednesday morning.

Right one little man fed, the bigger little mans food should be ready now so best go feed him lol Its all I seem to do, keep these boys fed and watered rofl

Maybe we should get Sam's looked at then?!

How often does everyone get their babies weighed? I went last week and want to go again but am worried it's too often?! xx
 
24 after what my HV said i would get Sam checked, be better to see a doctor and be told its fine and doesnt need treatment than to assume its fine and find out it did need treatment! :hugs:

George is being weighed weekly still, but he is still on home visits and its because he hasnt put enough weight on, once he goes to the clinic I think once/twice a month will be ok but you can go as often as you would like hun.
 
How is he underweight, new? Anberlin weighs exactly the same and she's a week older.
 
Well, that was what she weighed at George's age, anyway...I'm sure she's more now.
 
I honestly dont know, just on the centile charts, but Im not taking much notice of them, Joshua lived on the 2nd centile line for as long as I could remember then hit 4-5yrs and shot off up and is tall and a good healthy weight now. Its all just averages, so long as he is healthy! Did Anberlin weigh less then George at birth (8lb 3oz)? That would explain why at the same weight and age she is average and he is below. All just text book numbers, dont always apply to the real world lol
 
Oh well no idea then! Stoopid things anyway, not every baby follows a set pattern.
