McDonalds or anti McDonalds

Not given mine one yet but his only 5 months old but i cant wait to buy him a happy meal, we enjoy them as a family treat once in a while and my 10 yr old would happily have one every day lol x

Not when he's very young, maybe when he gets older.

Saw this, made me think of this thread:

San Francisco Bans McDonalds "Happy Meals"

Basic jist is that the San Fran area is no longer allowing toys to accompany any Happy Meal that is over 600 calories.

Ok - so we gave LO burger king at the weekend for the first time. Not a whole thing, just a few chips from daddy's meal. (We had takeout at my mums house since we were both hungover). Needless to say LO loved them, although he only had about 7 chips. I won't be doing it again for a while though!

Yes I do, but it's such a rare thing that I actually go into town with my kids that they get one... Maybe 6 a year?

we take alex to Mc D's occasionally, i rarely give him the drink and normally just let him have his water.

i agree with most people moderation is the key xx

I treat Carmen to McDonalds occasionally as long as it's not an everyday thing I think it's ok.

Liam is BLW so if it's okay for me as a treat once in a blue moon it's okay for him. We go to macdonalds probably once every otherr months. He will have a few peices of my burger and a few chips. I suck the salt off the chips first.

Last time we had it I was sat there giving Liam some food when some snotty cow walked passed me with her big mac telling her kid (about 3 years old) he wasn't allowed any because there's too much salt. What an evil bitch sits in front of her kid eating something that's a treat and doesn't let them have a small amount? IMO if she doesn't want him eating it she shouldn't take him in the restraunt!
