Meaning of girls name - Tiegan

Hi ladies

Im ttc #2 and already have a daughter named Phoebe. I am hopeful for this month and we have thought about names.

We both really like the girl's name Tiegan but I have been researching it and there seem to be so many conflicting meanings.

Anyone know specifically what it means?

I'm using Teagan for my LO, and the meaning of the name seems to be different for each spelling?
This is what I found..

Teagan - Attractive
Tegan - Beautiful person
Teigan - Beautiful person

I think basically it just means a beautiful person, it's just worded differently for each spelling. I like the way you're planning on spelling it, it's nice!

Hey, thanks for the reply. I actually didn't realise there were so many spellings. I like Tiegan and really like Teagan too.

I also found it to mean little princess in a large valley!!?? Such a pretty name though xx

I believe it to be pronouned the same with each spelling..T(ee) gan. xx
