Messed up cycles..anything that can help??

So I came off my evra patch back in April before then I always had regular 28day cycles never a hitch, well since coming off my evra patch my cycles are so messed up ranging from anything between 24-46day cycles, I had hoped this would go back on its own but doesn't seem so.... Is there anything I can take to help get my cycles back to normal?

I have no idea what you could take but didn't want to read and run, it took me over a year to adjust after having the implant in for a year! I would say it may take a little longer for your cycles to return to normal but I am sure other ladies will have some pointers for you x

Thanks Hun it's so frustrating I've been on all sorts of birth control but it's never taken this long for them to go back to how they were. Even had mid cycle bleeding a few times, starting to worry there's something else causing it.

You should try Vitex,it's a natural supplement,and can help a lot with strange cycles and PMS symptoms.

This has happened to me too. Came off the pill in June and they've been between 28 and 46 days since. I had a miscarriage last month and this months luteal phase was 10 days. I am so angry and upset with my body for being so crap!!

I took the birth control pills for two months as me and husband had tried for a while, my cycles got longer and longer. I conceived two months after I stopped. Had a chemical the first month.

It's really frustrating because I feel like there's something wrong with my body, so far I'm on a 36day cycle, I feel like i won't be able to fall pregnant until my cycles are regular and stuck on a certain cycle length.. Oh also had a 10day Luteal phase one month but after that it's pretty much stuck to 14-15 days just need to sort out my ovulation. This is our 9th cycle ttc #3 it's never taken this long before starting to wonder if there's something wrong!

I feel your pain. We tried to concieve for 6 months before he left for deployment and nothing happened. He was gone for 9 months. Came back and tried again. Nothing happen took birth control pills because my cycles got longer. First month off I had a chemical. Second month a positive and sticked. Don't give up. Ask your doctor should you take the pills to even out your cycle just for a couple months. I would be so devastated to see all my friends get pregnant and I wasn't and they weren't even trying

I used I be on shift work and six months ago I started a strictly day suit position in a slightly higher stress department. My cycles went totally out of whack. which vitamin b did you get? because one of them makes your cycle longer, I believe its b6

B6 makes your luteal phase longer which is a good thing

Mine just says it's vitamin B complex so has different types of vit B in it and folio acid, says take 1 a day
