We are pretty set on the first name Sadie for our little girl. Which middle name do you think sounds best? We are also open to other suggestions!!

Hi! I don't mean to be a pain, but have you considered Sarah, with Sadie as a full-time nickname? In my opinion it gives your lovely little girl heaps more options, as well as a more grown-up sounding name when she's older. I like to do the President test. Which sounds better, President of the United States, Sadie Lastname or President of the United States, Sarah Lastname? Personally I think Sarah is better for a professional setting, while Sadie is an adorable and sweet nickname.

Thank you! I really love Sadie Ella.. but so many little girls I know right now are named Ella which is why I don't want to use it.

In terms of the name Sarah versus Sadie.. I really don't think of Sadie as a nickname for Sarah.
I personally love the name Sadie (of course) and thought of her as a little girl, adult and even an old lady and I think the name works for all stages of life.

'Sadie is a Hebrew given name, the diminutive of Sarah.' If you look up Sadie you'll find it is a very common nickname for Sarah

Its of course your choice though, and I wish you all the best.
