Migraine Sufferers - sympathy to anyone with migraine and small children!

I remember I used to be part of a study thing through my GPs. My mum and I used to get letters and surveys about our migraines. I can't remember for the life of me what it was or who it was conducted by but I'd like to think they've learned something by now if they were conducting all that research! But it seems the doctors still have no clues.

I know what you mean - I've been part of several research projects, including one run by two famous specialists who thought that there might be a connection between migaine and symptomless pfo - in other words, hole in the heart.

With the heart one they filled in my pfo by sending a thing like a tiny umberella up a vein from my groin to my heart and then I had to keep records for six months afterwards. The only problem is, it didn't help the migraines much...

It is odd, but they just cannot get to the root of why some people have migraine.

I hope yours are not too bad at the moment, Kitten, as you have a L/O.

I've been trying feverfew again recently. So far it's worked, but it did before, and then stopped working (I have found that a lot with meds). Hoping this time it keeps on working, you never know...

I hope all the migraine sufferers out there are doing OK.
