I know that migraines can be more common during pregnancy for some, I didn't have any the whole 9 months I was pregnant with DD, but I'm 3 months along with #2 and have had 3-4 in the last 2 weeks! What do you ladies do to relieve them?

Plenty of rest can help. Have cat naps as much as you can. Avoid overworking and stressful situations. xxx

My doc recommended caffine, so since I'm not a big coffe drinker- even before getting pregnant I will try to lay down in a dark room, but a cool pacl over my eyes and behind my neck, and drink a cup of black coffee.

It doesn't take the migraine away, but it does help to take the edge off of the pain.

Try a 400 mg magnesium supplement per day, worked wonders for me.

I've been suffering about every other day. :( My hubby will rub my head/neck. I use a cold wash cloth on my eyes and lay in a dark, quiet room. If that doesn't work, I take something for it.

I ended up calling my doctor. He gave me a prescription and is having me get a scan with a local neurologist. :/ thanks for all the advice.
