Sounds like it could be a blighted ovum which can go hand in hand with a MMC. My first pregnancy ever was that. 10 weeks I started to spot bright red. Went in the next day found where baby should have been but there was only the sac. No baby nothing. That was on a Friday. That Tuesday I passed the empty sac. It sucks worst feeling in the world. Just know it wasn't your fault. I hope by some miracle something will change for you but honestly the outlook is not too good. *hugs* I am sorry.
