Molar and Partial Molar Pregnancy Support Group

Oh rach congrats such good news.
Hormones kicked in today.
No scan booked yet. But 1st real ob apt on wed next week. I did a panorama test that takes 6-10 days and can tell us the sex of baby. Dh thinks (or to him knows) its a girl. We talking about girl names. So much drama at work. Just talked to my boss about not coming back even though i know there will be different people and all. She called and said you should be a oro with this i like i have cried a million times more with this preg then all seven plus my miscarriage put together. She is like just know that we are goung to be working on this drama ussue and others now till you come back so we will get it under control. It will be different when u come back. I said i know but also i will only be able to work 3-4 hours at a time cause of nursing. And i not going to work 5 days a week to get 15 hours in. She said thats fine. We will see.

Vicki

Yay Rach! That is wonderful. So good to be normal! Hopefully the month goes quickly for you x

How are you going Laura? I hope things are getting better xx

Vicki, hope work all sorts out. Looking forward to hearing what your bub will be.

My bubbas are a fair bit better today but all snotty. Marcy has recurring tonsilitis (i seem to think that she has it constantly as they are always red and swollen with stinky breath). We have finally been given a specialist referral. Lets hope we can get it sorted soon.

Hi all,

I've been posted in this group before if anyone remembers.

Next Friday would have been my due date for my baby that was a partial mole. Very emotional time. To make matters more intense next Friday I can also take a pregnancy test. We were spot on this month with ovulation time and I am so hoping that this is the month. Would be very fully circle to get a positive test on the day my baby was due.

I hope everyone is doing well.

Hey ladies :)
Sorry I haven't been round in a while! Just thought I would check in and see how everyone is going!? What have I missed? Anything exciting?
Hope everyone is ok!
I miss chatting to you all!!

We are doing well here, can't believe Layla is 13 weeks now, time is flying by!! Still struggling in the sleep department.......she only cat naps in the day (around 30 mins each sleep) so I feel like my days are taken up trying to get her to sleep. She is amazing though and I love her to bits!
Tomorrow will be my first Mother's Day :) I've been dreaming of this day and I'm so excited :-D

Hi hopeful, great to hear from you again. Thinking of you for your due date and wishing you all the best for the test. Fingers crossed its bfp.
I was pregnant for my due date and had a week old for the 12month anniversary which helped these dates pass by a little easier.

Hi Jess, glad you are going well. You have a beautiful little lady. I hope her sleep starts improving for you. Raph is such a bad sleeper at night still. He feeds 4 times from midnight to 6am. Im trying to stop at least one feed starting tonight. I can see a lot of screaming but hoping we can get there. I just need sleep. Its like still having a new born. Wishing you the best with the sleeps x

Hopeful it's lovely to hear from you. Will be thinking of you when you test and I'll have all crossed for you. Please keep us updated!

Jess lovely to hear from you! Layla is yummy!

Jess & Becky.... Iya too isn't a great sleeper. She naps great during the day (usually) but night time is a whole different thing! Haha! We worked out she gets windy at night so was fidgeting LOADS! But now with a dose of infacol she's less wiggly! But.... She still wakes lots... And mainly wants to use me as a dummy I think! Cheeky! Once we've been on holiday and she on solids more I need to get a bit tougher on her! We will get there though. Indie and Corban were sleeping through at about 6 months.... I think with Iya it's going to take longer.... But she's just different so I don't mind.

Eek! Only a few days till holiday... Better get a tan! Haha!

Everyone else ok?

Xxxx

Gosh these bad sleepers.........if only they realised how good sleep really is lol
Layla uses me as a dummy during the night too.......I kinda just give in as I'm so exhausted it's just easier to feed her back to sleep in the night :-(
I hope both Iya & Raph improve soon too!!

Jess I feed her and fall asleep then when I wake up she's still sucking! Little minx! Sometimes you just have to go with the flow as no sleep is hard work!!!!!

Xxx

You are so right! Its heaps easier and quicker just to feed and be a dummy. Everyone gets some sleep then. Marcy was like your first 2 Laura, she was sleeping through by 6 months. Maybe they are just trying hard to be the last of our babies?
Dont worry Jess there is still time for her to get better. I agree that you need to what you have to to get some sleep.
Jess has anyone mentioned to you about the 4th trimester? Google has some great articles on it. I found it helped me understand where Marcy was at around the age the Layla is at. Cant believe she is over 3 months already.

Not long until your holiday now Laura. Think of us in our winter while you enjoy that sunshine. Its windy and wet here today.

That's happened a lot to me too, I feed her laying down in the bed and she is still sucking when I wake up! Haha I call Layla a minx too!

Yer I have heard of the 4th trimester, I google it now and read up on it :) thnx!! Sometimes you just need a bit of reassurance hey!

You are doing a great job hun. And she a gorgeous happy little girl. Children who feel loved and secure are happy ones!

Hope you had a good night last night x

Congrats on a little boy Vicki ❤️
Sorry you are a lil dissapointed but I know you will forget all that once he is here 😊

I test tomorrow morning will definitely keep you posted. Having a hard time waiting until then. It's taking all my will power. I think I have some symptoms but you never know so I'm just hoping for the best!

Can't wait to have a little baby like the rest of you

No not disappointed but i was shocked. I was looking forward to having another girl but now i am looking forward to naming him after a great man, my dad. His name is richard dwayne.
So the ideas of i have thought of is Liam richard, richard Liam, or straight out richard dwayne. My husband threw in henry but i not feeling henry at all.

Vicki

So I tested this morning and it's very faintly positive. I'm happy but a little concerned. Shouldn't the test be darker if I am 14dpo?? Any one had a faint positive before? I tried to attach the photo not sure if it worked.

And I like the bame Liam and Henry. My DH's Favourite name is Liam (he loves the band oasis) and it's very common in Canada now

Vicki - that is beautiful you will name him after your Dad :)

Hopefulin2015 - I see the second line!!!! Don't be worried, just test again tomorrow and I'm sure it will be darker :-D congrats!!

My lines were faint too. As j said just retest. If i tested on weekend i would test everyday then on monday call sr to get blood test.

I think we agreed on liam richard. I not a huge fan of henry. I usually not a fan of common names either but liam just sits well wuth me and i have yet to meet a liam even though ots like top 10 or something.

But we have
Logan daniel. (more common then when i picked the name as a kid.)
James jacob (not too common now adays)
Piersin michael (pearson a common last name here)
Adam alexander (not too common now)
Elliott thomas (not common)
Eleanora marie (nora) (know a couple noras/norah and heard Eleanor once)
Alana victoria (so far not heard but in a way honored my dad there cause they were going to name me victoria but i was so small they shortened to vicki)
But i really think some of my kids name sounds good with liam like pierson and elliott. Maybe i just full of it too.

Vicki
