Molar and Partial Molar Pregnancy Support Group

The clinic called and pushed my scan to tomorrow :-( boooo
Lol only 1 day I guess but I was excited for it to be today!!!

Oh bugger. At least its only til tomorrow. Be thinking of you tomorrow!

Thank you :-) I will definitely update after it! The scan isn't until 4pm my time!

Oh no! So your scan is today?? Hope all goes well my lovely! Will be checking I. When I can to get an update. How are you feeling?

How is everyone?

Corban has chicken pox!!!! Only time will tell if indie gets it! Argh!

Xxx

Still 1 more sleep for me til my scan!
Ms has started but it's manageable at the moment so hopefully it doesn't get much worse.

Hopefully indie doesn't get it but normally they always share hey!

Hopefully you and indie dont get it Laura! Hope its not too bad for the little man!

Bugger so it will be tea time my time then jess. Ill have to do a sneaky check while doing bedtime!

Jess I like ms in the fact it's reassuring that something is happening but on the other hand is yuk! Hopefully it's just a touch of nausea for you. Will they give you a scan pic? Hopefully you see a little flickering heart!

Becky I've had chicken pox so the nurse said I should be fine. Corbans really spotty this morning! He seems ok in himself just tired. Indigo is moaning this morning so I'm guessing she may get some spots soon!

Yer as much as I don't want to feel sick it is definitely reassuring!! I hope they give me a pic! I'm sure they will if all is good :-)

Oh Laura, 2 children with chicken pox! I hope neither get it too bad. I am the same as you, I had it so wasn't too big a risk that its going around Marcy's childcare. I'm just hoping she makes it the month until her immunisation so she doesn't actually get it bad. Do they do chicken pox immunisation with measles mumps and rubella at 18 months in uk?

My good childhood friend who is due 2 weeks before me, broke her waters yesterday.she Is in hospital (they were leaking only) and no sign of labour so they are giving her antibiotics and monitoring with aim to get her to at least 32 weeks (monday). Hope she makes it longer. I have heard of people in the same situation lasting a good month or more so hope she makes it to 36 weeks (5 weeks). Bit scary to think about really.

Wow that's pretty scary going into labor that early! I would feel completely unprepared and scared! I hope bub can hang in a bit longer!

I agree. I'm freaked out for her. I keep having dreams that it happens early like that too for me. Its probably all of our biggest fear. At least she is getting some well deserved rest!

So far it's not been to bad so fingers crossed it stays that way! I don't think they have anything to do with chicken pox in there jabs?! Maybe wrong though.

Your poor friend! What a worry! Hope they can keep baby safe for a good few more weeks. I try not think about stuff like that. How are you feeling? Have you thought of a birth plan yet?

Xxx

Jess I totally hate ms! I'm so fed up with being sick but it's so worth it. Plus so far I've not put in to much weight which has gotta be a bonus right! Xxx

Hope you start feeling better soon Laura! Definitely bonus about the weight!

I haven't thought too much about birthplan yet. I'm bit scared actually this time. I liked the idea of not knowing last time. Now I do... The hospital told me I can't have pethadine this time as my birth was too quick last time and an epi is out (don't want one). So quick and painful it is... I guess my plan is to take the direction from my doc so bubs and me are safe.

How you thought about yours?

Good luck tomorrow Jess x

I was a little nervous about my labour because of the 4 hours pushing with Corban! I panicked a little when I went into labour but I found when I focused it was easier. It was painful because it was rapid but I would choose indies labour over corbans. I'm hoping for another swift one this time!

I'd like a homebirth but if it doesn't go to plan I'm happy to go midwife led. No pain relief, baby straight on my chest, delayed cord clamping etc! Pretty much indigos labour...... No stitches would be good!

Hey,
I thought it had been really quiet on here and realised I had somehow unsubscribed!

Jess good luck for your scan very excited for you!
Becky very scary for your friend, i hope she gets to 36 weeks. Oh bump looks good too!

Hehe, my birth plan was laughable! The first line was do whatever it takes to get Ella here safely, but it also had no pain relief except gas and air, no forceps and no episiotomy! Although i managed with just gas and air until i was rushed to theatre.

Laura i hope corban is ok with the chicken pox. Hope the ms eases soon.
When isyour next scan?

Xx

Lotte his not been to bad with it so far! Had his moments though. Bless him. Next scan is 27th June so just over 2 weeks away.

How's you and Ella?

Xxx

Glad Corban is not too bad. Scan is really soon! I can't believe how quickly it is going for you!

Ella and i are good thank you. I have been in work monday and tuesday. In again next tuesday. Kris is off this week which is lovely. Ella is really good. She is at such a lovely age. Into everything and anything. She is so big too! Its strange because she is a little person not definitely not a baby!

How is Indie doing?

Xx

Hi ladies,

Sorry been away for so long. Ekin wants to be with mommy all the time. No wonder she didn't have any rush to come out:). She sleeps little, sucks a lot :). Her pedi was amazed at her 1 month check-up; she gained 1.5 kg since we left the hospital! And she started smiling back at us and making baby sounds. I'm totally in love with her...

JBaby - Hope your scan goes great tomorrow!

M2C - Sorry for Corban :(. Hope Indigo doesn't get it..

Jacky - Hope your friend can hold on a little more..

Lotte - Aww.. Ella sounds so cute..

All the others - Hope your're all fine!

Hope to be back soon...
