Molar Test Results After Pregnancy

Not sure where to post this but hope someone has experience of this and can offer advice...

I gave birth to my LO over 8 weeks ago and due to a partial molar pregnancy in 2009 I have had urine tests requested from Sheffield. The first at 6 weeks post delivery which came back as showing significant HCG levels and just found out the second test still showed the same.

I am starting to get a little concerned now and want to know if anyone else has or is going through the same thing?

Hi Hun,

Congrats on the birth of your LO.
I had a molar pregnancy back in March 2009. For me it wasn't easy going as my results after the d&c were well over 400,000. Therefore i had to have treatment which lasted until sept 2009 at Charing Cross.

I'm currently pregnant and really nervous about this - CX have advised that they will need samples from me once i've given birth.

Reading over on the post Molar site, there doesn't seem to be anyone who has given birth after molar and gone on to have problems. So hopefully everything will be ok for you hun.
