I just hit 6 weeks and got hit with morning sickness. No puking but I can't really stand to eat anything. I can eat a few bites of things (crackers, cereal, peanut butter and jelly, yogurt, even water) but that's about it. Any suggestions of what to attempt to eat or drink that I might be able to get more into my system?

I ate lots of bland things like crackers, toast, cereal, etc. Also, eating things cold helped better than eating a hot meal.

I still have the random bit of nausea if I go too long without eating but it seems like if I eat things with higher protein, (apples with peanut butter, yogurt, etc) I seem to feel a lot better for even longer since my blood sugar level stays steady longer and I don't feel so sick so often.

I hope you start feeling better soon. Just try to make sure you're eating something, and drinking water and hopefully the sickness passes quickly :hugs:
