Mucus like pink cm

I know I am probably driving people nuts with all my questions but here is another one. I am CD 48 currently 13 days late I last tested 7 days ago and it was BFN last night I had a mucus like pink discharge and thought I was maybe starting my period today there is only clear cm. What could this be? I really do not think I am pregnant all my other symptoms went away. So I do not want to waste another test just to see the BFN I am expecting. Any advise would be appreciated

Going by OPK's I ovulate around the 15th of November

I tested again today still BFN, so I am starting to get worried there is something wrong. I have an appointment next friday with the doctor it seems such a long way off
