Sleep on my front and not be up hourly to pee
have some crusty bread with brie and pate with a glass of wine!!
not contemplate how important something on the floor is before attempting to pick it up
cant wait to breast feed and get to know my wee one
be out walking with our gorgeous pram and watch those pounds drop off!!
Book in a gorgeous new thai spa for a day spa with OH while grandma has bonding time!

Maintain healthy eating from pregnancy but add sushi!
Have an archers and lemonade with crushed ice.

Get Drunk.
Pass my driving test.
Go to college and do the Access course in Nursing and Midwifery.. Had to put this off because of the pregnancy this time.
Get a job.
Oh, and have an amazing (restful) christmas! With lots of Archers and wine and all sorts of boozy naughty things and err... being spoilt with presents and chocs and stuff that I generally have to be careful of eating, because of baby and the weight..
I don't care about the baby weight, it'll come off or it won't. Like someone else said, if it's still there, I'll sort it after the New Year

1. Lose baby weight
2. Have sex!
3. Have some driving lessons
4. Not having to wee all the time
5. Be able to walk at a normal pace again without hyperventilating!
6. Be able to turn over in bed without it taking me half an hour

Look forward to a lovely family Christmas with alcohol!

Join gym after Christmas so I can fit back into my beautiful gothic dress by summer next year. might buy one of those wraps to get my tummy back in shape quicker!

Get my hair dyed again as I have avoided it while pregnant

Go out walking as much as possible with the baby

Try to breastfeed for at least a month

Get Brandon involved as much as possible with his brother

x

3. Eat Philidelphia on toast

You do know that you can eat philiadelphia while pregnant right?

O my MW ate the head off me when I told her I had some on a bagel when I was about 16 weeks she really did a number on me so Ive kept away from t...
Are you telling me Ive been depriving myself for NOTHING????

Sleep on tummy
coo over baby all the time
lose weight (even though ive only put on 6lbs)
Be able to do up my shoes again
Be able to turn over in bed with out it taking 5hours

I had a long list of things to do when baby arrived, such as lie on my tummy, drink wine etc but the only thing that still brings a huge smile to my face is being able to do a full pee at one time a few times a day instead of being in and out of the loo like a yo-yo passing drips at a time. It's always the simple things that make me the happiest!!! lol

I am really looking forward to getting my body back to myself again! Although i will miss the squiggles :)

Here's my list:

  1. Eat pate on toast, brie on french bread and the hotel chocolat truffles my boys bought me for my birthday (which i cant eat because of GD) washed down with a glass of champers!

I cant wait to:
Cuddle and poke and stare at the baby plus take lots of photos of him!
Cuddle my DH without sticking my bum out or him doing the same!
Drink LOTS of rose wine!!!!!!!!
NOT feel breathless!
Lay on my back for as long as I like!!! I miss this!!
Parade baby around town in a pouch (so no one can actually pick him up ha ha!!!)
Enjoy Christmas for once!
Be able to say I am a mummy!

Mine would be:

1. Lose the baby weight for next summer so I can wear a bikini if I want to.
2. Wear my old 'skinny' clothes, I miss being able to wear 95% of my wardrobe.
3. Have an archers and lemonade!
4. Walk the dog without getting a stitch and struggling up and down hills.

There are SO many lol.

Great thread!

I look forward to:

1. Sleeping on my back
2. Having a glass of yummy, chilled white wine
3. Eat some pate and toast
4. Be able to do up my shoes without real effort/moaning/discomfort
5. Start losing some weight (pate and wine consumption permitting!)
6. Have a poached egg that does not have the consistancy of a bullet
7. Finally (at some stage) be able to wear something without an elasticated waist

But mostly...
1. Meet my son!!
2. Learn how to look after him properly and become comfortable as a mum
3. Finally get to use all these lovely baby clothes and push my pram in public!

I will miss all the little kicks and squirms he give me now, it is such a magical feeling.
