Hopefully the discomfort stops soon Forrest! Glad your checkup went well, did you say when your scan is? I can't wait to see a photo (sorry if you did, my phone makes this site a little tricky to use)!
We went to the mall yesterday to pick my mothers day gift. I wanted a new dressing gown but I also wanted to get my little boy a new one. Dh said he'd buy them both.
I was suprised that for a kids dressing gown it was $30 and mine was $20! I realize it was probably a mothers day special but $30 for a Childs robe seems so expensive but it's lovely and soft and warm. Love snuggling my little boy a bit sore from all the walking yesterday so will be resting today. Not long to go now! I see my ob Wednesday and get my last lot of liver tests back. Hopefully they are ok and not too bad. I don't want to have the baby in any harm/distress!

Thanks kitta. That's so nice of your hubby to take you out. I hope you had fun. As for your next check up, I'll keep you in prayer. These are your last few days so enjoy as best as you can. Are you going to wait until your body goes into labour or are you inducing? Either way I wish you all the best.
Afm, My next appointment is Monday 13th May. I'll be doing all prenatal tests and a scan. I'm trying to count this pregnancy milestone by weeks so it won't feel so long. By tomorrow I'll be 7weeks and by my appointment I'll be 8weeks. Fx that 12 wks will go by without any problems. Last night my tummy hurt so bad(no cramps) that I thought I will have a mc. I've been ill all day today and then I figured out why I was sick. I had bought food and soon after eating that I started to feel sick.
I notice since 3days ago I'm feeling nausea all the time. Is this how Ms feels? I've never had it before. I waited so long to be preggo so I dont mind.

I had HG both pregnancies. All day and night Vomitting. Zofran helped but the constant nausea is horrible! I still get a bit of that again now. I think the nausea was worse than Vomitting so I hope you're over it soon! (I don't like being pregnant but I love the little ones we create)!!
I'm not planning on getting an induction. Maybe around May 24th if she hasn't arrived I'll ask my ob, that's when my dad has his monthly weekend off. If my tests come back to abnormal than induction will happen early due to stillbirth risk but I don't feel that will be the case. I don't think its as bad as it was with my son or maybe I'm just too busy to notice!

I admire that you have such a positive attitude and thinking in this situation. it's very refreshing and I'm sure it'll all turn out great.
I'm sitting here worried about such a small (normal) symptom and you're having a situation that could pose danger to you and your baby, yet you're not complaining and crying about it. I feel so silly lol
Anyways, I'm doing much better now. I had a good night sleep too. I usually like spicy foods but I've learn my lesson with that. It made me so sick!!!

There are 3 other girls pregnant (1 friend, 2 acquaintances) and it's really hard not to tell them I'm preggo but I'm going to wait and ensure the risks of mc has gone down. I haven't told my mother yet.

I just used the bathroom and I saw some traces of blood on the toilet paper but not in the toilet. Has this happened to any of you? Is it normal or should I go to the er? I don't want to panic for no reason. Any input is highly appreciated

Sorry for the short quick reply! It's 3:30am and Steve just left for work after he woke our son and me so I'm a bit cranky! Forrest I'm not sure I'd go to the ER but I'd go to the dr (any dr) only because you have some pain and discomfort as well. But, that's just me, maybe your er works different to ours. There are clinics nearby that we would get seen at faster with probably the same results (blood tests, ultrasound etc). I had some spotting and bleeding constantly with my first. Had some sub heamotoma thing (not sure on spelling). Hopefully It's the same for you:

I did have a little bit of bleeding, just some streaks on the paper when I wiped once. Totally freaked myself out but that was it and it never happened again. If it continues I'd have it checked, for peace of mind if nothing else.

I stayed in bed all day and I feel better. I haven't seen any more blood so I'm happy. I won't go to the Dr unless I feel any pain or see any blood.

Abagail it was just like you described, streaks of blood but it hasn't been red or dripping l. It still freaked me out!

I hope so too! My husband said she can't come early though! He has just moved jobs about a month ago and they haven't organised a replacment for him yet for when he is on leave. I told him I don't mind if he doesn't have time off for a few weeks after the baby arrives. It was about 4-5 weeks when I needed help with my son, not at the start.
