ok after my crap start its just gotten worse..

breakfast - muller corner (strawberry)
snack - handfull of choccys
drink - WW hot chocolate
lunch - m&s prawn sandwhich (300 calories WTF!?)
snack - half bag of french fries.. gave rhys the other half lol
ANOTHER snack :blush: - one wheetabix with semi skimmed milk.. ill admit i wasnt hungry but i wanted one
dinner - pasta in tomato sauce (no cheese or garlic bread)
 
300 kcal isn't that high for lunch, that's probably what mine was as well(Food Doctor Bagel with 2 Dairy Lea light triangles) still well within my points

Oh and Walkers French Fries are fairly low in points as well, think 1.5 Points per (small) bag.

I'll probably put some Weight Watchers books in the 'Sale' area later...just in case you're interested.... ;-)

Yes but how easy would it of been to get a McDonalds, you maade a good choice, you are thinking about what you are eating that alone will help you on your weightloss! :thumbup:

well.... colin wants fajitas... but i might have a jacket pot instead..
 
well lastnight we had fajitas.. but i didnt have any sour cream or dorittos with mine and had salad instead. i then had a wheetabix for supper before i went to bed
