yeah ive been keeping up with it.. well.. ya know.. odd slip ups but hey ho.

today:
breakfast 2 peices of wholemeal toast
lunch 1/2 a chicken bugette... didnt eat the whole thing coz i was full!
didnt have an afternoon snack
dinner scrambled egg,a quorn sausage,2tbsp of beans and a peice of toast
no snacks since but im thinking of having a peice of cherry pie..
 
Sounds good! I'm glad. I havenbt been weighed for 2 weeks so when I go back I would lOVE to be back where I started at the beginning for sanitys sake but if I was any less than that I will be over the moon! You give yourself a target for this week or just any loss is a loss?
 
it was ok mainly... i wasnt too naughty!.. how was your weekend
 
really well i feel much better.. i havent weighed myself in 2 weeks but im going tonight at 4.30 :)
