I think when i next use mine im going to reduce the amount down as i think maybe 3grams was too much and thats why OH didnt like it as much x

Thats ok its what we are here for....I didnt know much about it till I came on here. Its a lube that a women inserts up her and it helps sperm swim easier...its sperm friendly, many people rate it and find they become preg in the first month of trying x

In the US you can get it at most drug stores or pharmacy depts outside the US people get it on amazon. I've heard that outside the US people can find conceive plus easier it's basically the same thing

Hi girls, not updated in a while.

I got my BFP!!

It was the first month of using preseed but we also tried the SMEP method.

Its the "sperm meets egg plan" you should all have a look, i know it sounds silly but i think you can BD too much!

SMEP says you should DTD every other day upto ovulation, then two days, miss one then again. (I think, maybe google it to be sure!)

I never really got a strong +'ve on my OPK before ovulation so i didnt know when to BD. We BD every other day starting on CD 10, i got faint +'ve OPK on CD 20-22 so we BD a extra time on CD 21 and then every other day after that.

Its meant for people who have been pregnant in the past who know they can get pregnant and this method ensures the "sperm meets the egg"!

Ive never been pregnant before but i thought its worth a try before i start the doctor route and it worked!

So i dont know if it was preseed or SMEP but one of them worked for me!!

Sorry for rambling on but if its something that can help you its worth a try!

Hubby & I DTD every day, sometimes twice a day... I've never been pregnant before, actually fresh off birth control, he has two boys from his previous marriage... I wonder if our DTD every day is Gunna hurt us rather than help us? Hmmm...

Thats a very healthy sex life ;-) I heard it take 48 hours for sperm to replenish....to maybe every other day would be better?
