Name thought..

Right I posted a thread here not too log ago about nicknames as the names on the birth certificate.. Well I came across the name Evie (sp Suggestions too!) which oh likes a lot, I like it too but can't see it as an actual name, there's Evelyn maybe? I don't think eve would work as surname is also one syllable so I don't think it sounds nice. I also think its sits well with Ethan. (I also think that's important) and I like the idea of having of having an "e" name. Oh isn't too keen on the full name tho.. Any other suggestions from Evie? Or could Evie work as a name? :s spelling suggestions are also nice! Thanks! X

To me Evie sounds more like a nn, although I know people use it as a full nametoo.

Thanks for the suggestions ladies! Not too are on evangelise tbh, also we had another thought we call lo ethy quite a lot, so ethy and Evie? Lol. We are also thinkin Lexy maybe?

My neighbor across from my parents have a daughter named Evie, I'm not sure how it's spelled but I love it. I had never heard that name before, and fell in love, it's such a cute name and unique (at least around here) and I don't really feel like it needs to have a "real name" / full name for it, Evie should be just fine as the name rather than a nickname.

I love these two but just read you aren't keen on Evangaline. Evie is a name in it's own right, i was going to use it but had a boy. I like Eliza, Evette & Elizabeth.
